I very rarely write a review. However on this occasion I have to say how impressed I am with the level of service that I have received from Gogglebox. I had issues with my Samsung TV. I contacted the company and within a couple of days they were out collecting it to repair it. The staff on the phone are very polite, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. As well as the guys that collected the TV and returned it. They are such a helpful friendly company to deal with. They kept me updated with the progress of my repair at every stage, the communication was brilliant. I would highly recommend Gogglebox as a company to deal with. 10/10 for customer service.

I purchased a Sony Bravia 65" TV 3 years ago. Last week it stopped working. I found Gogglebox through Google and contacted them. They were brilliant from the start. Gogglebox - thank you so much for repairing my Sony Bravia TV. Apart from the repair, what really impressed me was the customer service.
