I had a puncture on my way home from a family gathering and remembered seeing this garage on previous journeys. It was 4.45 but I walked down to see if they could help me out and dave went out of his way to help, even though they don't keep tyres in stock. He managed to find a tyre which was near enough the right size for a temporary fix and stayed late to fit it so I could get home with my three passengers. Such a lovely guy and I really appreciated his help. Thanks Dave.

I’ve used Gowland Motors since my mum tried them after a family recommendation and we are both very pleased with the service, expertise and cost effectiveness that is provided from this independent garage. Both Nat and Dave are very friendly people who maintain professionalism and uphold a really great service for whatever car needs you have. I recently had both a full service and replacement parts done for my Peugeot on two separate occasions with Gowland and have come away both times extremely pleased and assured of my continuing custom to them. The fact that both times were undertaken on a Saturday was very convenient for me and has not been extortionate in costs like what I have come to find of garages I have used prior to Gowland. Very nice, local and accessible, cost effective brilliance. I highly recommend them!

David is the most patient and tolerant man I have ever known. He is honest with your faults. He tells you if it's worth doing or not. talked through everything they did in plain English & told me about a tyre which will need changing soon. Waited for 30 minutes after closing for me to get there after work. And then the bill for MOT & service was a treat to receive. Very reasonable & you know not getting ripped off like at a dealership.
