Jeremy and Geof are the "Good Guys" as far as I am concerned, I have two boilers in same house, 1 for a Gas Safety Check and another for full commission, they undertook a full inspection of the 5 bed 3 bathroom 2 rep house and completed the above and a few items of additional work. they are really nice guys , professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, completing the work above diligently with minimum fuss and economically priced for work involved. Jeremy and Geoff did a fantastic job replacing our tired old Potterton combi boiler with a new Worcester Bosch. They are lovely guys who work for a very reasonable price and at a very impressive speed. They answered a million questions with helpful expertise, gave really sensible advice and graciously accommodated us changing our minds about several quite significant things during the job. I'm delighted with the setup we now have. They completed the work really quickly and tidily and I'd have no hesitation in employing them again and recommending them to anyone.

The process from start to finish involved professional guidance and advice about type of boiler, controls and appropriate radiators for all rooms through a number of initial visits and consultations. Jeremy has been carrying out gas safety checks and boiler repairs at my rental property for some time, and recently installed a new boiler after the very ancient boiler finally gave up and I decided to replace rather than repair. Jeremy responds promptly when the work is needed, and the tenants have always been happy with his work. He is also keenly priced - around half what some other maintenance companies quoted for a new boiler. Highly recommended.

I've used Jeremy for years, new radiators, boiler service & repairs, so when we had to bite the bullet and install a new boiler Jeremy was very helpful and recommended what boiler we needed to install. I can't recommend him enough, he's extremely competent, polite and a really nice guy to have in the house. It was all done on schedule and in time once I booked him in. He's easy to deal with and has been in touch afterwards when I had a couple query's. It was all rather painless, I can't recommend him enough. Great contact to have.

Jeremy came to fix my faulty shower which was cemented into the wall. He scraped a bit of cement and left, telling me to identify the part from a website, which I had already done previously. He left me with a mess in the shower, and then didn’t contact me again. When I chased him by text he just said he couldn’t do it as it was cemented in. I had no use of the shower for an extra few days through that, which was a pain. Another tradesman sorted it in about 30 minutes.
