For many years this company was excellently run with an emphasis on good customer service, but this year all that has changed. Apparently the Franchise has been taken over and the admin has moved to Wales. I don't know this for sure but what I do know is that no longer are emails answered promptly. No longer are service visits booked in advance and kept to. I have many unanswered emails and when the emails were answered they simply told me that at some unspecified date in the future an appointment would be made to service my lawn. It has been so unsatisfactory that, after quite a few months of waiting to see if things would improve, I am now leaving GreenThumb.
