I had my boiler converted from LPG' to NG' and a new NG' supply pipe from meter to the boiler which is in the first floor bathroom. I am very pleased with the job, neat and tidy work, and friendly efficient interactions from office query to estimate visit and completion of work. I would not hesitate to recommend Groves Gas to anyone who cares about good service.

I cannot recommend Groves Gas highly enough. Mike came to our rescue after my husband drilled through a water pipe. We were informed they could come out to us between 5 and 8, Mike actually turned up at 16.35, repaired the damage my husband had caused in less than an hour. Despite this being an emergency call out the total bill was only £78.00. Excellent service and will definitely use them for any future work. Also left us the pipe my husband drilled through as a momento and reminder :)

Groves Gas with Mike heading up the team were back to do more work on our house renovation. We had new column radiators, underfloor heating and pipework. Once again a personalised and professional service. Thanks so much to the friendly and polite team. 😀

Just my luck for my boiler to pack in on the coldest night of the year with snow on the ground. I spoke to receptionist at Groves Gas on Monday morning and she said all the engineers were out but she would contact me when one was available. A short while later I received a telephone call to arrange a time slot for the afternoon. Shaun duly arrived as arranged ( despite the snow on the ground and slippery conditions on the hill near my house ) and was courteous and informative. He quickly diagnosed the problem but parts had to be ordered. He stated the parts should be delivered the next day and he would return to fit them. The following day the company contacted me to say the parts had arrived and arranged a time slot to fit them in the afternoon. The total price for the job was given to me and was very reasonable. That afternoon Shaun returned and fitted the parts as arranged. It was a pleasure doing business with this company who clearly take pride in their customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend Groves Gas to others and will definitely use them again for my plumbing needs.

I used this company earlier in September 2017 to replace the exterior plastic pipework from our bath, hand basin and kitchen sink. I've had some cowboys in my time but these are the good guys! The lady on reception was very helpful and courteous, and the guys that came out to complete the work were similarly professional. I would have no reservations in engaging the company again should I need to. Thanks very much

Where do we start. Shaun & his team completely refurbished our house from top to bottom & what a transformation it was. New flooring, tiling, new doors, plastered walls, new fitted kitchen, new WC, wet room shower & toilet, new electrics & of course a new central heating system. The list is endless and could tell you so much more but I haven't got the time & so much already said in all the above comments, But Groves Gas had & took the time to get everything right. Thank you to Shaun, Kirsty & all your team for you professionalism & I HIGHLY recommend you & your team to anyone & when needed in the future, yours is the only number we'll need.
