Contracted for mould treatment and installation of passive air vents to prevent recurrence. Very happy with the works carried out, Anthony was friendly and professional. However there were some significant issues around communication and customer service. The job had to be rescheduled at short notice as the vents had not arrived in time, we were kindly given a 10% discount for this inconvenience. When it came to the day the job was scheduled though, nobody showed up and it wasn't until I called up that I was told the vents had not arrived still and nobody would be coming that day. Overall I would recommend Dorset DPC as Luke is clearly very knowledgeable and knew very quickly what needed to be done. We were pleased with the quality of the work done and offered a discount without hesitation but the communication was really quite poor.

Was provided with an excellent detailed report by Luke who was very helpful and friendly. I had passive air vents installed and bathroom extraction. Ritchie carried out the work and was a very friendly chap who worked hard to get the job done on time. Job done - problem solved. Thank you.

Luke explained everything in detail for us before we accepted his quote to sort out the damp in our bedroom. Dry rot was found so more work was needed and quote was acceptable. Both Luke and Ritchie were very friendly, business like and worked hard to sort out our problems including preventative work with PAV's and removing the cavity wall insulation and new underfloor vents. A extractor fan was also installed in the bathroom. We would definitely use them again if the need arose.

Steve and Luke were really good at both communicating and delivering during this project. Our large 6 bed property needed the entire of the bottom floor damp proofing, which meant walls and floors needed serious attention. The team delivered A+ service and came in on budget and on time. Having had 4 surveys for rising damp on my party wall I decided to opt for Dorsetdpc. It was not the cheapest quote but I felt very re-assured by Luke's quiet, confident professionalism. As a woman living alone I've had to put up with workmen either patronising me or not completing work when promised and trying to get away with things by doing the "cheeky chappie bit"...yawn. I was so confident with Luke and co. that I left the keys with them and went on holiday. On my return I was very pleased with their workmanship....they stuck to the quote price, the plastering was exceptional and they did a good clean up after the work. I now have a 30 year guarantee which I'm sure I won't have to use. I would highly recommend Dorsetdpc.

Removed window, opened up wall and installed French doors. Also moved radiator and plastered, re-attac hed skirting boards and added stone steps. We were entirely happy with the work done, it was completed on time and to the agreed budget. I would definitely recommend them.

I was very happy with the work than was done for me. They came to damp proof, and re-plaster, as well as install a new French drain and telescopic air vents. I had no complaints and there was no need for remedial work.
