renovating a 1950s semi detached 3 bedroom house. reskimming walls and ceiling, making and installing new drain, making and installing new decorative piece for front porch x 2, repairing 6 slats on 2 x wooden gates, installing new garden tap, repairing/reskimming , corners on several doorways and walls that had been damaged, repairing broken stairs.

Porch replacement and facia to garage. Previous was rotten and he replaced with appropriate up to date material along with guttering. Facia to garage also replaced with PVC . Excellent work carried out and superb professionalism. Highly recommended Paul.

3 bedroom, kitchen/diner, lounge and study. New bath fitted, pipes under bath had ten connections this was tidied up and stop cock added, new built outside kitchen drain surround, painted and tidied up old wooden bannisters, wood arcitraves, repaired walls and painted them. Removed old built in ddouble oven. Happy to take old carpets and garden waste to household waste site.
