New boiler fitted. Quote done over phone, sent required photos by email, ,sorted own finance Two man team, first chap arrived approx 8am and got straight to it. Chief chap arrived shortly after, having got caught in traffic. No dramas or complications. Helped set timer. Clean & tidy. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. Probably one of the most straightforward experiences we've had- thank you.

Combi boiler installation, replacing our 35 year old conventional system. They were able to offer a fitting date prior to the dates offered by British Gas and Eon for surveys! Hassle Free - it certainly was, no home visit required, the 'survey' was completed by reference to a few photos that I emailed, google maps, followed by a brief phone call. The quote was extremely competitive and the sales team were easy to contact, knowledgeable and professional. The installation team of two were very cheerful, experienced and did a great job, disposing of all the old equipment and the new pipework is a work of art. All the work was completed in two days and the system has been working perfectly ever since they left. I have no hesitation in fully recommending Hassle Free Boilers Ltd.

Exactly what it says in the name, completely Hassle free, I thought we would have a nightmare as we hadn't updated our boiler for years and they came to do a replacement to a combi boiler from an old baxi back boiler, They made it seem easy, the fitters were unbelievably friendly and worked really hard, tidying everything as they went along too. The boiler we had fitted is fantastic, can control it from my phone, I feel so modern now. They took the time to show me how to set the swanky new app up as I'm a bit caveman when it comes to technology and its so simple. They do affordable payment plans and our boiler comes with a fab 10 year warranty, all I have to do is make sure I get it regularly serviced which we all should be doing anyway. I'm so happy that I just had to recommend this company to anyone/everyone

Really can't fault them. I picked up a few quotes online and was convinced that I had a great price. I presented this to Hassle Free Boilers who juggled some numbers and were able to match my best offer. Tied-in with the cash back I received from Top Cashback, my boiler ended up costing less than half what British Gas wanted, included a 10-year warranty on parts and a 2-year guarantee on the work. The engineer was sick on the planned installation date but they called to reschedule early on and we had the boiler installed on Sunday.

The customer service was excellent when I was signing up to the service. 10 days after having my boiler fitted it broke with a fault and I've been left with no hot water or heating despite me making it clear that I have two young children in the house. I've continued to phone Hassle Free Boilers to be told the same thing over and over 'we couldn't get through to the engineer but we've left him a message asking he calls you in other words it's the weekend and he's out. Such a shame the great service couldn't continue passed the sale.
