Sam resolved an issue with my boiler which had arisen after it had supposedly been serviced by my usual engineer. I'd moved house and inherited a fairly new combi boiler but which had serviced only once in over 4 years so I arranged my own service as soon as possible and it was fine until then. Afterwards it started losing pressure daily which was inconvenient and stressful. Sam responded swiftly to my enquiry, was able to offer me an appointment on the day I rang and carried out a comprehensive service, not only resolving the issue but addressing all the other routine actions which should have been carried out during the recent service but had not been. Sam showed me what these were and the signs that they had been omitted; explained the cumulative impact this could have; diagnosed the specific issue which had caused the pressure loss and showed me the external evidence which proved this. Sam was clearly extremely experienced, knowledgeable and skilled and happy to offer as much information as I wished and in a way I could understand. After his visit the boiler pressure remained steady and my peace of mind was restored.
