Did some online research, had several quotes from different company but really liked the flexible approach from David, made a lot of sense to us when he explained what he would do. Did a very good job, did take bit longer than expected (mainly due to Lockdown) really happy with the work.

I am a property developer and have a portfolio of properties in Croydon & Purley areas. I have used this Trader for 3 building projects so far. The first building project was a complete reconstruction of a house from brick (shell) level. This was a 4-1/2 months project which commenced on 20th Dec 2021 and was satisfactorily handed over on 3rd May 2022. It required brand new roof for the back extension, kitchen, bathroom, boiler, plumbing, electrics, windows & doors, floorboards and laminated flooring, damp proofing and removal of 3 chimneys, plastering for interior, exterior & ceilings, patio for the garden and lots of storage cupboards. The other building project was a property which required damp proofing treatment, rebuilding of plumbing, electrics, roof repairs, floor boards and laminated flooring work. This project was between 20th Dec 2021 and mid Feb 2022. The third building project was at a house where the Trader did the entire main roof of a house with breathing felt and tile replacement, drainage at the back of the house for the rain water from the gutters & downpipes and under floor ventilation. All these were done to prevent possible damping. All the projects were done by fully trained and competent tradesmen to very high quality. I am very happy with the work at all 3 properties and will not hesitate to use this Trader again for all my future projects as well.

I needed to dump proof the street facing wall and remove an old fitted wardrobe. The team arrived and quoted for work. Once we have agreed on the price the work has started. The team arrived were polite and and approachable. They have worked through an number of days and providing guidance on the progress and next steps. The rubbish and parts of the old wardrobe was disposed by the team too. On the completion of the works, the team additionally agreed to help me to paint the wall before assembling of the radiator. As a result I was happy with the works
