Instructed Heath Windows to supply and fit 15 windows, 1 front door and 1 back door in may 2023 Prices were expensive compared to other suppliers, nearly 30%+ more. Surveyor came to the property on 2 separate occasions in June and July for a total of 3 hours. Our house is a newbuild timber frame, so all the apertures are hole in the walls, not particularly difficult to measure. Installation date was booked for 25th September. Upon the installation date, or order arrived with more than 50% - 8 Windows, being between 20mm & 30mm the wrong size, our builder actually dropped a cill by 20mm on the spot for the Heath install team and the Window was still too big!! Our front door and backdoor never arrived with the Windows, despite being told everything was in their warehouse, Heath offered no assurances the doors would fit or willingness to send out a surveyor, so these were removed. It took heath from 25th sept until 16th December to complete the glazing, on one occasion they travelled up from Cardiff with 2 out of 3 window panes, knowing it was a 3 pane window. 1 floor to celling window is currently out of tolerance and does not allow any room for 12.5mm plaster board, the plasterboard currently over sails the trickle vent, meaning mould and damp will get into the joists. Heath have refuse to remake this window, so currently my project is not complete.

Couldn't fault the service or the installation, from the start when I asked far too many questions (they were always happy to respond) to the end where they tidied up, touched cleaned with special detergent where needed and came back for final touches as soon as possible without being chased. Excellent service throughout and good quality windows.

I have just had graphite windows throughout, a French door and a new London door. I am absolutely thrilled with each and every one of them. The quality is outstanding and has given my house such a lovely makeover, it looks like a different house! The majority of the work was carried out by James who was assisted by Tristan. What wonderful employees you have Heath Windows. Experts at their jobs, polite, courteous and very respectful of my home. The attention to detail is fantastic too and nothing was too much trouble. From the initial contact to the installation, buying by new front door has been a pleasure. The sales person (Paul) was fabulous and didn’t press for “the hard sell”- I was left with a quote that would not change and for me to make up my mind as I pleased with no pressure. I was called by a lovely lady who booked my installation for the following week at a time that suited me. The installation was painless and mess free, Rhys and Santino were polite, hard working and I pleasure to have in my home. The finish of the work was second to none and it was all explained to me clearly about what they had done, what care my new door needed. I would one hundred percent recommend to family and friends. The door was installed as promised, and the workmen were very professional and polite. Everything was left clean and tidy after the job was complete.

I've just had a set of custom-fit arched porch doors fitted by Heath Windows. The experience has been excellent from initial contact and quotation right to the doors being fitted this week. Having previously spoken to a salesman from a nationwide firm with the typical policy of giving a ridiculously overpriced quote to begin with, then offering a supposed discount, etc, it was refreshing to deal with a firm that simply quotes a sensible price to begin with, and admits that they are probably not the cheapest but that they use local suppliers and their own fitters. The actual fitting went very smoothly - there was an issue with the positioning of the doors which meant a change from the original plan, but this was handled professionally and with care and attention. The fitters were polite and pleasant to deal with and were clearly skilled with a good attention to detail. The end result is fantastic and has literally transformed the approach to our house.

Heath Windows recently replaced several windows, most of which were upvc sash windows, replacing the old wooden frames. I am very pleased with the quality of the windows and the standard of workmanship shown by the installation team of Rhys and Santino. They were friendly, hard working and conscientious. We chose Heath Windows based on a recommendation and would be happy to recommend others based on our experience - friendliness and professionalism of staff and fitters (Richie and his team). There was an issue with the wrong size of windows on the first day of fitting, but promptly resolved and appropriate communication through it. Overall we feel we got great value for money, compared with competitors, and would use them again.

Lots of work done, 2 bays, 3 windows, sliding patio doors and a front door with surround. Work was almost finished but a door surround frame was damaged, NOT THEIR FAULT. Replacement ordered straight away and will be sorted on Tuesday 23rd. Noticed a difference straight away, no draughts, warmer, quieter and they look good as well. Would definitely recommend them.

We are very pleased with the replacement windows and french style front door which were fitted by James, Trystan and Phil. James was first class with a confident and competent manner. He consulted with us throughout various stages and was very re-assuring. His workmanship and attention to detail was second to none. We knew we were in "safe hands". Trystan the young man who fitted one of the smaller windows also deserves a mention due to his workmanship- well done Trystan. The team were all very polite and nothing was too much trouble and at the end of each day everywhere was left clean and tidy.
