Heathlands do what they say.

They turned up when they said they would, were polite and efficient. They had fitted a new boiler last year and even when there was a problem they turned up with extra heaters to keep us warm. The staff in the office are always helpful and return calls, they just seem to know what they are doing and do it well.

Heathlands completed a bioler service and rectified a long standing issue with cold and clanging radiators by flussing the system, magnetic cleaning and installation of a new pump. The engineers were on time, friendly and offered advice as appropriate. Shoe covers were worn throughout the house and work was carried out in a tidy clean manner. Office staff too were quick at replying to emails to book in appointments around a busy hectic schedule.

I would not use again

- staff were all very polite, helpful, tidy on-site and the quality of work done was good. However, the following points mean we would not use Heathlands again: - took ages to get a quote (1 month) - engineer cancelled twice at short notice - at last, min could not get hold of requested parts so substitutes supplied (reduced quality) - on-site could not complete the job as quoted (on-site said unable to fit chrome waste bath trap & pipe as requested by the client and as agreed in the quote) - invoice included parts not supplied - invoiced in August for additional items and not clear what relates to - invoicing is confusing with little narrative and lots of detail on numbers so hard to follow - invoicing emails are not clear - no reference to quote or customer-specific situation Really liked the people and quality of work but the whole process was hard work and last-minute changes on-site is not good.

We asked Heathlands to rip out our bathroom and start again, including repainting, all new fittings and a shower instead of a bath. It really was a starting from scratch job. They were excellent and produced a bathroom that was just as we'd imagined. The quality of the work was high as were the shower etc. sourced by Heathlands. They even arranged for a skip for all the old bathroom fittings etc., to be taken away. We can't rate them highly enough. As well as the quality of workmanship they were friendly, helpful and wherever there was a problem they offered good solutions. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom. We have used Heathlands for years, starting just from boiler maintenance and they have never had anything but the highest standards.

I needed my electricity system checked as I had a bulb that blew a couple of times within a few weeks. The check highlighted issues with my consumer unit and a couple of other things. The relevant parts were ordered and fitted during a repeat visit. Although I was warned that I might be without electricity for a few hours it was only off for a few minutes. Over the course of the two visits I was given advice and helped with light bulbs. I would highly recommend this firm. Their technicians are polite, friendly and very helpful.

I had a problem with a failed gas safety check on a boiler in a tenanted flat. The company that failed the boiler suggested we contact the manufacturer in case it was the boiler. It wasn’t. Mike and his team assessed the work and replaced a faulty flue and got the system working again. Happy tenant and happy tenant. Well done Heathlands, Mike and his team, excellent service. Chris

Annual Boiler Service

We found Heathlands as they had such a high recommendation rate locally. Needed annual boiler service so rang one morning and left a message. Received a prompt call back within an hour and they offered us a cancellation slot for first thing the next morning which was perfect for us. Engineer turned up in time and was polite and friendly. Work completed quickly with no issues - will definitely use again.
