Our boiler/heating system stopped working on Easter Saturday. We called Corgi as an emergency. Heathland came out on Easter Sunday, assessed the situation and set up the repair and ordered the parts. As it transpired there were several issues relating to our 10 year old boiler but by Friday the boiler with all its new parts was working better and quieter than ever. While the boiler was being seen to I asked if another job could be done outside of the Corgi contract. The job was to reroute the piping relating to the pressure top up. Our pressure top up taps had been placed at the rear of our airing cupboard and were all but impossible to reach. This job was quoted for within a couple of hours and the job was beautifully done on the same Friday that the boiler was repaired. I am very grateful indeed to Heathland for the way that both jobs were carried out; they were professional throughout and the engineers could not have been more courteous and helpful. Would recommend them to anyone requiring a first class, professional, job.

Have used Heathland services twice now for different boiler issues with one including a boiler service. When I contacted their customer service they were polite, helpful and spoke with a friendly manner. On both occasions when different engineers came out and diagnosed the boiler issue they explained to me in layman's terms what the problem was, I was grateful for that. The engineers were professional, polite and very tidy once they had done the repairs. When I booked the various appointments they were prompt and on time. Heathlands came highly recommended to me by a good friend who has used their services for a number of years now. They can add my loyalty to their services from now on after previous bad experiences and let downs from other plumbing services.

My boiler which is under 4 years-old boiler ceased working on a Tuesday . Worcester Bosch ( the boiler was under guarantee ) were unable to come out until Friday so I decided in view of the cold weather to get a local firm . A friend recommended Heathlands and they came out (on the Tuesday) diagnosed the issue. I got the quote within a couple of hours, I agreed it and the work was done that afternoon. Heathlands could not have been more efficient, professional or helpful and I thoroughly recommend them.

A very professional service, not only did Nigel do a very neat and efficient installation, he was very patient and accommodating for my over attention to detail that comes with me being an autistic customer. I was open about this with Heathlands because I know such interactions can really raise my stress levels. Nigel was very calm and took the time to work with me to take me through the installation process and check with me throughout that I was happy with the boiler and pipework placements. The installation was in a very restricted space envelope and Nigel happily checked dimensions 3 times to make sure we were both certain that the boiler would fit and none of the pipework would be visible once the kitchen units have been later fitted around the installation. I could not speak more highly of this company from the initial site visit to the support from Maxine in the office and Nigel in the on site work. I will definitely have Heathlands do my annual service and I will recommend them to everyone. Thankyou

Phoned Heathlands as we had no central heating. Spoke to Michael who was very helpful over the telephone and who came out the same day with a selection of possibly needed parts. He was therefore able to fix the problem straight away rather than the usual 'will have to order a part and arrange another visit' which I've experienced in the past with other companies. Previously we had a leak and this was also sorted out quickly. Communication with all members of staff has been excellent.

New Boiler in a Hurry for my Tenants

Dissatisfied with the prices & offer from my letting manager, to urgently replace a combi boiler in a rented apartment (15 miles from Heathlands base), I phoned Heathlands who had fitted boiler & immersion system at my home in previous years to see if they could help. Phoned on the Tuesday, was politely and friendly and quickly quoted on the phone, email quote arrived 10 mins later. Was better product & price than I'd been offered elsewhere. On Thursday, old boiler was removed and new one installed and running by end of day. Friday morning, Heathlands engineer turned up to check all was working fine. This company gets my full recommendation, they are very professional, carry out high quality work, take pride in their work and company, helpful, friendly. We were referred to Heathlands by our electrical fault Insurers who then walked away from our claim despite having a legal responsibility. That was the best thing as it happened as we asked Heathlands to treat us as a private customer. Their service, attitude and workmanship were first rate throughout. They were thorough, efficient and left nothing to chance, kept us informed along the way and filled us with optimism that they would resolve our issue. No stringing us along, but honest dealing. By early afternoon we knew where the fault lay and the engineer dealt with it. Not only that but he tidied everywhere he had been , cleaning it and leaving the house as it had been before cupboards, beds and all furniture had been moved. We have already recommended Heathlands and would recommend them in preference to any others on every occasion from now on.

We chose Healthlands to replace our ageing central heating boiler with a combi-boiler. They arrived punctually to survey the job and provided us with helpful and knowledgeable advice followed by a detailed quote the same day. We invited others to quote; one was twice the price, the other surveyed but no quote arrived! The Heathlands team were on site for two days as expected and worked efficiently and carefully. The installation was completed and commissioned on time and is a very neat and tidy job completed by people who clearly take a pride in the work they do. They communicated well, explaining what they were doing, discussed options for routing pipework and provided full training on the new system before leaving the site taking away all debris and decommissioned items. An outstanding job, highly recommended.

The guys from Heathlands did a fantastic job, good communication from the start to the end and the work was done to a very high standard and everything was tidy and clean when they finished. They were also very kind and patient when right at the end of a very hard day when all they had to do was to show me how the Nest app worked i couldn't remember my passwords that i had set up before they came. I have had a lot of work done in my home over the years and i think Heathlands are the most professional whilst still being friendly and have done an excellent job. We needed an old, unused by us, gas fire removed from our lounge. I called and was given a quote the same day. The quote was half the price of another quote we received from another company. The work was carried out a week later at a time and date convenient to us. Jamie carried out the work efficiently and tidily and even arranged for the gas board to come out and look at an issue with the valve that controls the pressure of gas delivered to our property. I would have no hesitation using Heathlands again and can wholly recommend them.
