We used Heat Me for the replacement of our old boiler and for the installation of the UFH in our bathroom. The job exceeded my expectations and was completed in very good time. Vinny repaired our Keston c36 boiler very efficiently and effectively . He also power flushed the system and installed a new shower. All work was completed quickly and tidily. Vinny is very personable and polite and clearly is very knowledgeable and skilled. He was very clear also about pricing and there were no hidden costs. I will definitely use Vinny again for plumbing or central heating work.

Vinny (Veniamin) came to replace a faulty old leaking kitchen tap with a new kitchen tap appliance. This was a small job carried out quickly and efficiently and with a smile. The previous year, Vinny did a much bigger job in our flat, terminating pipes in our bathroom before it got converted to an office. This demanded investigation in the whole house (Comprising of 3 other flats and attic) and it was far from straightforward as this is a very old house (circa 1905), and there was a melee of old pipes stemming from previous attic boilers in and amongst live pipes, but Vinny showed great expertise at resolving the issue successfully without any hitch. We were extremely pleased with his quick efficiency and knowledge.
