I was expecting George to come and do an estimate today but we discussed the work and he did it straight away. I cannot fault his reliability, courtesy and quality of work. We’ve worked with him over a number of years and he is great to deal with. Some of the work he’s done previously in the house has been technically challenging - He initially came in to complete some work that another electrician had not been able to satisfactorily complete. George knows exactly what he’s doing and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

George and his team updated our existing electrics whilst we were having a loft extension completed. They were, clean and tidy and worked very well with the other builders onsite. They always turned up on time and with a can-do attitude, always friendly and considerate of our cats. George explained throughout the process of why and what needed to be done. Helsdown are a professional, friendly, family run business, and I'd recommend them for any electrical work.

The works carried out by the team were exceptional. A very friendly team who were able to fulfil the required needs with minimal disruption. As well as providing an excellent skillset towards the job, George in particular provided safeguarding ideas in our home. No mess, no nonsense, and delivered 100% to what was agreed. A very professional and unique team whose skills were noted throughout the tasks. I initially had some reservations about some electrical work around my TV and the wiring, these were eliminated as what was provided in terms of what my expectations was evident. In short, the stress of sourcing the right fixtures for our home were taken away. Highly recommended for any customer. Thank-you George.

As usual great job from David, George and his team. They're not just domestic fitters like many, they really know their stuff. Years of experience but up to date with latest regulations. The quotes were accurate and you always get the proper certification documents. The fact they train young people is hugely encouraging for the future. Have been great every time I have used them.
