The drain carrying our waste kitchen water collapsed under our kitchen floor. The engineer re-routed the waste water thus avoiding the need to dig up flooring. An engineer came on the same day as we first contacted red van plumbers. He was very much a “can do” character and gave us confidence in the company. We received a quote the very next day which we accepted. We did have to wait a month for the work to be executed but it was well worth the wait. The work was completed in one and a half days.

Very Pleased with the service from start to finish, and seems to be a very professional Firm. Paul done an excellent job of installing the boiler and Nicky from the office kept me updated throughout the whole process. I would recommend Heppelthwaite Red van plumbers for a job well done and after sales service. Its been years since I have dealt with a company like this one.
