Hewlett were briefed to implement a garden redesign project including landscaping, turfing and planting. Departure of their Operations Director caused a minor hiccup bu they quickly recovered and completed everything to schedule. Thoroughly nice people to deal with.

Hewlett Turf & Landscapes constructed a pergola on a paviour laid raised patio. There was no pre-prepared kit available due to the size of the site, therefore the whole construct was built from scratch with planed wood. With only one man working the pergola was machined and built-in two days. A very impressive and efficient effort all round. The outcome exceeded our expectations and is one of the best pergolas I have seen. Although we had a rough idea of what we were trying to achieve the advice both on the initial visit and on site was friendly knowledgeable and invaluable. This has been the case on previous work completed by Hewletts on my property. I would recommend the company unreservedly, they did an outstanding job with negligible fuss and mess.

We were very impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. From the initial visit to the spraying off and reseeding the operators worked extremely hard on an uneven site. When the job was completed all rubbish was cleared and we look forward to a new and vibrant lawn. Thank you.

Hewletts laid a turf lawn and wildflower banks for us. The work was not cheap but the quality was excellent. Ian was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with his advice and the service from their laying team was also efficient and friendly. The wildflower turf was delayed but they explained the reasons to us very clearly. We had some issues with the watering system they set up but they rectified them extremely promptly with Dan coming some distance and working during evening hours to sort out the problem.

A great and stress free experience from conception to completion, Iain’s initial (and subsequent) visit to discuss and answer questions extremely helpful + my queries resolved via a phone call. A complete renewal of our lawns. 70 tonnes of old lawn and builder's rubble under it removed. 60 tonnes new topsoil put in and seeded.

This was a big job, done expertly, on time and on budget. Impressive machines, expertly driven. Coordination of grab lorries to take away spoil and delivery lorries with new topsoil was superb. Those doing the work were always polite, cheery, on time and - importantly for us - cleared up meticulously at the end of each day thus keeping our neighbours happy. Levelled, rotevated, cleared and re-seeded my old lawn and this included the preparation and the seeding of 2 areas of meadow grass. Extremely pleased with the work and politeness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and the work was carried out to a good standard. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
