I first came across Highbrow Roofing via which Trusted Traders after a cold caller tried to persuade me that I had a serious problem with the roof that needed immediate repair. Chris came to assess the situation and reassured me that there was no serious problem needing urgent work. When the roof did develop a leak about a year later I had no hesitation in calling Highbrow Roofing and asking for a quote. Ian and Chris replaced and repaired broken roof tiles and leaking guttering. They were prompt, efficient and courteous in carrying out the work and photos taken by Ian showed me where previous repairs had been done very badly. I will definitely be using them again if necessary in the future.

Ian and Chris assessed a guttering and drainage problem we had with an old and fairly complex roof. They came up with a solution that had eluded three previous contractors who tried and failed to solve the problem. They also provided a quote at one quarter of what another Which Trusted Trader who reviewed the problem suggested, largely because their solution was both more elegant and required far less work. I have waited through the winter to be certain that they had succeeded where the three previous efforts had failed and here we are seven months later and the problem is solved. I can't praise their skill, their honesty or their reliability highly enough. I've had a lot of contractors in for lots of different things and Highbrow are one of the very best of the lot; a true pleasure to work with such skilled artisans.
