Engineer respected our property with protective overshoes and dust sheet on floor. Work carried out without fuss. Defiantly will use this company again for my gas appliances.

The work involved removing an old conventional boiler and installing a new combi boiler and a new shower. All the work was completed in accordance with the agreed quote. Following surveys and receipt of quotes from a number of companies, this company stood out in terms of it's customer centric approach, it's thoroughness and professionalism. Graham, who did the initial survey and post installation review, gave immediate confidence that the work would be completed expertly and carried out to provide the best possible solution. Chris and Phil, who came to do the complete the work over two days, did an excellent job, and their personable but professional approach meant it was no trouble at all having them in the house. All the mess and residual equipment was cleared away and the house was left in a very tidy state. This company is unlikely to provide the cheapest quote but they did do a top quality job which is what I wanted. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

They advised that if we have any problems at all they would call out to see us - as they are a local company this gives us peace of mind. From contacting the office to arrange for someone to visit and give us a quote for a replacement central heating boiler through to the installation, the company were very professional. The installation was done to a high standard and the quotation provided. The engineers arrived on time, were polite and courteous throughout, observed proper social distancing measures and left the kitchen almost as tidy as when they arrived.
