From the point of first contact, it was clear this was a very professional, helpful and efficient team providing the personal and caring service at all stages so often missing today. My move was a little complicated and drawn out requiring packing and removal into storage, and then out of storage to the new property, while going through significant health and other issues. Hilderbrands made the whole process as stress free and smooth as possible, offering great value for money.

Hilderbrands gave us superb service from start to finish. James gave us a quote via Skype whilst still under lockdown and was very flexible while the moving date was confirmed. He suggested a three-day move which worked brilliantly - a full load on day 1 which was taken to storage overnight. On day 2 a small load of last bits - bed and garden stuff (completion day), then an early start to load in to the new house the next day. The removal guys were absolutely brilliant - punctual, cheerful and incredibly hard working. 100% recommended.

From the day Pat turned up to give us a quote for our move to the time when we waved the removal men good-bye, everything was first class. The men arrived at the time agreed and worked really hard to get the lorry loaded as soon as possible. The professionalism, courtesy shown and helpfulness and sheer hard work from everyone that we came into contact with at Hilderbrands was simply way beyond our expectations. Thank you Hilderbrands. I was very pleased with the whole process, they turned up on time to load up the lorry, very quick and professional. Come delivery day they kept me updated on their progress (the M25 was closed at one point delaying them en route) off loading the lorry was as quick as loading it had been. All in all the whole process was done in an efficient way with no issues at all. I am very happy to recommend Hilderbrands.

Hilderbrands were an excellent choice for us. We went through a difficult purchasing process and from day one Pat and Penny were very helpful and obliging. Nothing was to much trouble. Used Hilderbrands for house move in December 2019. Excellent service from initial advice right through to the move day. Cannot fault the service provided. Polite, punctual and hard working staff who we found to be very helpful. Very pleased that we went for a trusted and large company that provided a first class service. Advice I would give from my experience is, when moving house pay a little more and receive a quality service. Hilderbrands are not the most expensive nor the cheapest but you pay for what you get ! Cannot speak highly enough of this great company.

I've used Hilderbrands four times now and each time i couldn't fault them at all, they are always friendly, polite, hardworking and they don't hesitate to go the extra mile to help in any way they can. Superb staff from the initial contact, support from the admin team to the movers themselves. They arrived promptly at the agreed time and started work after initially checking how I wanted to proceed. The movers were friendly, hardworking and skilled at their jobs. I used the storage facility for a short while and had the same team of movers into my new home. They were superb, from the moment of arrival on time, they didn't stop, checking where i wanted things put, reassembling furniture and making sure I was happy with placement. Not one breakage or scratch to my property at completion. They are a credit to their company.

The team of guys were so professional and friendly. No task was too much & they worked tirelessly on an extremely hot day.
