We are a family run business established in 1999, the business as grown from strength to strength.
We undertake all types of work from a free winter checks to complete engine overhauls.
All our staff are fully qualified and trained in using latest diagnostic testing.
We offer a local breakdown and recovery service, when your car is off the road, we can offer a loan vehicle to keep you mobile, subject to availability.
MOTs, servicing, repairs and paintwork are part of our wide range of services available.

I have had my car serviced at Hillside for the last two years and have always found them to be friendly, helpful and honest. They have always been clear and helpful when answering any questions, and will say if work is not yet necessary. As a single woman I have never felt patronised by them. Highly recommend and their prices are reasonable.

Having had a slow-ish puncture over the weekend - needed pumping up everyday. I had visited the usual chain tyre repair outlets who all could only deal with it by appointment. I popped into Hillside first thing on Monday morning and within 45 minutes it had been fixed. Excellent service as always.

Hillside Garage is the only local garage where you know your problem, however small, will be looked at immediately and sympathetically. I've had difficult _to _fit headlamps bulbs fitted several times, here - on the spot and immediately. I can recommend the service here.

My 17 year old son recently took his first car to have it checked over to make sure it was in good order, when he went to pick it up I believe the gentleman's name was Peter was so friendly and helpful he fully explained everything that was checked and it only needed 2 minor things done and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend the garage and I know my son has said he will be going back next time he needs anything done on his car.
