Carl and his team completed the installation of a new boiler, hot water cylinder and controls together with the installation of new radiators. The team were very professional, the standard of work was excellent and was completed on time. I would not use any other company for my heating requirements.

Our ageing gas boiler needed replacing with a modern condensing type. Carl quoted for this promptly and included for a system upgrade:- new pump, control valves, filter, control system (thermostats & programmer) and some piping improvements. The job was done on the agreed date, completed in 2 days to an excellent standard. Staff were very polite, friendly and co-operative. Very clean working practices. Having decided our ageing Worcester central heating boiler was due for renewal we contacted Home Heat Solutions. From the initial enquiry to the commissioning of the new boiler the work was handled in a professional and competent manner. A site visit by Carl, a detailed estimate and a fixed installation date followed. The installation team of Richard and James were polite, pleasant, tidy and competent. We would happily recommend Home Heat Solutions to anyone looking for a company to carry out central heating work in their home.

What a great team. Very professional and tidy. Removed and took away old oil boiler and made good the space/holes. Tidy install of gas pipe and new boiler. Even gave some advice to a friend who popped round who was having trouble with her pressure and she went home and managed to get it sorted herself following that advice. Following day we found one radiator not working, rang and left a message and they were there a couple of hours later sorting it out. Would definitely recommend them and we will be sticking with them for our annual service.

Clearly never good having to spend a sizeable amount of money on a new boiler however having decided that the old one needed replacing we set about trying to find the best company to source and install our new Worcester oil boiler. Amongst others, we had a quote from Home Heat and in advance Carl came to inspect the job and thereafter the company and Carl in particular was very professional and the work was started circa 4 weeks after placing the order. The team of fitters were very good and the job was completed in less than 2 days.

My mother recently died and her boiler had been giving issues for sometime which a major national company could not rectify. So before putting the apartment on the market I wanted to make sure that it would not cause another elderly person worry. I contacted Carl who apologised that he was very busy but suggested a simple test I could carry out myself. When this confirmed the issue an appointment was made which was kept as promised on the correct day and time. Just as well as live some 180 miles from the apartment. From that point on he got the boiler registered with the manufacturers as it was not 5 years old but had not been registered for the warranty. He arranged for the manufacturers to come and replace a major component and then proceeded to service it and give it a clean bill of health. This was all done whilst I was 180 miles away.
