Chris arrived on the stoke of 8am, quickly and quietly surveyed the work areas and got straight on with the job. Apart from making sure he had a hot drink while he was working, and his occasionally checking on radiators, we would hardly have known he was in the house. He carried out the work scheduled in our quotation carefully, thoroughly and considerately. He explained what he had done, provided us with all operating and maintenance manuals and made sure that we were fully aware of the operating instructions. The system is running perfectly and we've already been able to adjust the DHW temperature to suit prevailing conditions. We are absolutely delighted with every part of the service we have received from HUG Ltd and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others for the quality of their product, workmanship and customer care.

Ordered full central heating including boiler and 7 radiators, the 2 installers arrived dead on the allocated time and got straight to work after giving me clear guidance on what would happen including how to move my kids around to kept in line with the covid guidance. Both were polite, helpful, and they never stopped for to days. I have had a few traders come to my house this year and some were rude, disrespectful and dishonest but these 2 from HUG were spot on, good manners and respectful to all my family and worked around me as I was running virtual courses online in my living room. Would definitely recommend the service.

Installer Tom did a nice job. Lovely straight runs of pipeworks and he cleaned up after himself as he worked. It is wonderful to have reliable heating and hot water again! I’m not particularly happy with Chris who came round to quote for the job. He didn’t tell us, or the installer, that the existing boiler cupboard would be too small for the new boiler. And he could have warned us that the water would be turned off for a few hours.

We required a new Ideal boiler fitted, A very pleasant young fellow called Danny arrived earlier than promised (no problem) and immediately set to work. He was very friendly and helpful The job seemed to be done in no time. Cleaned up and left everything tidy, then spent some time explaining the new thermostat. Job well done thank you. The heating surveyor visited the premises on the 28th may as promised he explained the options we had recommended the Ideal logic 30 and what work they would do, he said they could fit one on the 30th -05-2020 . on the Saturday morning the engineer turned as stated took out the old boiler and installed the new one keeping us informed as he went along as to what he was doing. He was professional and polite at all times. before he left he made sure every thing was cleaned up and left as he found it. What impressed me was that they offered me a five year service for £250-00 and the boiler comes with a 10 year warranty for ten years. I recommend the Hug Home utility Group Ltd to any potential customer.

We chose HUG Ltd. after comparing a number of quotes and reading reviews of the Viessman Boiler they recommended. The whole process was very professional and organised, they gave us an excellent quote and arranged a day convenient for us and took a deposit over the phone (10%), which we expected. The engineer rang about 15 minutes before he arrived to confirm he was on his way and arrived exactly on time. The engineer was called Luke and he was extremely courteous and efficient, he made sure all our surfaces and floor were covered and worked very quickly and quietly and finished the job (single-handed!) within about 4 hours. He then explained all the controls (which TBH there aren't actually many of, unlike our previous boiler...) The company then rang back about 2 hours after Luke had left to check we were happy with the quality of the work and take final payment. We now have a brand new energy efficient boiler installed within 5 days from our initial inquiry. I would certainly recommend HUG Ltd. very strongly to anybody considering a new boiler!

After doing some research I found that Home Utility Group where the best fit for what I wanted. Their surveyor came out and was very knowledgeable about which boiler would be the best for our property. He was then able to get us scheduled in for the work completing within a week of our enquiry. The engineer arrived within the agreed time slot, he was very friendly and completed the installation within the day. The electrician came the following day as promised and set up all our controls, he also took time to explain how they worked. Both tradesmen ensured they cleaned up after themselves as best they could. I have since called the office to arrange a service plan which was very straightforward and the call operator was very helpful. I would highly recommend this company!

We had a leak in our boiler on New Year's Eve and a local plumber came out on the 2nd January and temporarily "fixed" it, saying he would not be able to return until Monday 7th January as the suppliers would not be open until then to enable him to get the required materials. Not long after he left the leak began again, necessitating the water being turned off and the prospect of us being without water or heating until the following Monday. Fortunately for us Home Utility Group sent out Luke that same evening who effectively stopped the leak and returned the next evening and fixed the boiler for a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend this firm too highly, they put our needs as a priority, working well into the evening to ensure we had no further problems, which we haven't. I would not use any other firm. Excellent service.

I had a boiler fitted in December. Prior to issues with the pandemic I had a lot of problems with the company; the salesman was poorly informed, the installation took far longer than promised (not to mention our fitter leaving for a few hours to rescue one of his colleagues from a roof), the system was clearly not flushed properly and we've had clogged radiators, the pressure keeps dropping on the boiler, no building regs certificate... I initially withheld payment as I was not happy with the job they had done (I was told I wouldn't be asked to pay until I was happy before signing any contracts). Eventually an engineer came back and supposedly resolved them. I was then pressured into making payment. The engineer passed me his phone with their customer services and refused to leave until payment had been taken (I've never had an experience like it). The problems continue however. Prior to the pandemic and the company was working at full capacity. Customer services ignored my emails, never called back as promised when I raised queries or problems with the boiler/central heating. Now more recently, although willing to give them a lot more leniency they have not called back despite errors on the boiler and it shutting down (the job was logged as urgent) and again today I've hot had the call back within half an hour I was promised. Please steer clear. Don't waste your time and money with this company.
