Boiler check necessitated removing and replacing panel in Joinery housing. Friendly, helpful technician. Can-do attitude rather than great sucking of teeth and 'I am not paid to be a carpenter'. Highly recommend.

Superb service both from a technical and customer service point of view. The service on my boiler was carried out quickly and efficiently - good value for money too. As my boiler is 10 years old, a suggested upgrade part was advised, which I agreed to. Even a small hiccup afterwards was dealt with swiftly and professionally. Highly recommended by me.

Emergency callout

Low pressure on boiler twice in two days, possible leak. Leak found in drain off valve hall radiator. Contacted Ignite, explained situation (previous customer). Engineer attended within an hour as advised by Ignite office. New valve fitted. Radiators bled, boiler re pressurised, all good. Prompt action from knowledgeable engineer.

They came to vit a Valiant boiler for me. They were very tidy, considerate, no loud music or anything. Good time, day and a half. No extra cost. Came back to bleed radiatiors and clean filters. I have already reccomended them.
