From quote to completion of a complex job, Tom and his team were brilliant. My old boiler was located in a shed at the back of the house and I wanted the new boiler to be located two floors up and inside the house. I already had two quotes for the work. Both the cheapest and the most expensive quotes wanted to run pipe work up the outside of the house - which I didn’t want. When Tom arrived he became a ‘pipe detective’ - determined that all the pipe work should be located within the house - exactly what I wanted. He apologised that there would be some ‘disruption’ to the decorations in the hallway. In the event this was absolutely minimal and consisted of access ‘hatches’ being made to where some existing pipe work was enclosed in boxing. Tom gave a detailed quote and when I wanted to have new thermostatic radiator valves to all the radiators, he told me the extra cost involved well in advance of the work beginning. All my queries before commencement of the work were answered in record time. Tom and his team did an outstanding job. They arrived on time, didn’t make a drama out of the difficult parking conditions, completed the job in 3 (very happy) days and the house was left absolutely clean and tidy. Tom is a good communicator, reliable, trustworthy, well informed and passionate about his job. My *perfectionist* builder commented on how neat the pipe work is, and what a fabulous job Tom and his team have done.

Really pleased with my new boiler; from initial enquiry to quoting, fitting and follow up, I only have positive things to say. This company may be good for strict forward boiler replacement in my experience. Any additional work was a hassle and his attitude 'I am not your refurbishment plumber' is contrary to all reviews I see. We then had tense moments over the bill and additional costs. I paid him in full to get rid of him.

Price for the work was very competitive (we obtained comparative quotes before selecting), and the work was completed in accordance with the quote with no extras. Tom came over to service the boiler. I asked about another issue re the heating system and radiators not getting hot enough. Tom reviewed the system and then took the time to re balance the radiators. Immediately there was an improvement. He explained a couple of parts that should be replaced and went off to get them and fit them within the same visit. Just a pleasure doing business with Tom. I would certainly recommend.

Extremely efficient and professional, excellent work and easy to deal with. Will use from now on. Fitted new boiler, powerflush, Nest, fitted new victorian style radiator. Subsequently then serviced three boilers in rental properties for me.

Tom communicated clearly by email and WhatsApp, arrived on time and was very professional. He installed a new boiler at our flat and flushed through the system. He was efficient, tidy and extremely helpful throughout the day . He checked everything was working before leaving and finished early. He had to cut into some pipe boxing to complete the work, but left it very neat both outside the cupboard and inside. He guarantees his work and he did an outstanding job.
