Panels installed in the afternoon, but due to supply issues Paul came to site to finish. Very tidy install of 16 panels, GivEnergy inverter and battery. I wanted to maximise the output from my solar array since I had also recently installed an Air Source Heat Pump to replace my oil heating. In2gr8ted were the only supplier I found that could supply the type of high output panel and inverter arrangement I was looking for. Their quotation was very competitive and indeed a lower cost for a higher output system than other quotes I had received. Crucially they arranged for an independent qualified Clerk of Works to attend my home and fully inspect the roof and connection points so the whole installation was planned correctly and they were able to assure that there was sufficient space on the roof for the proposed full installation to proceed as planned where other suppliers had incorrectly assessed the space and reduced the number of panels. The scaffolding company they arranged were professional and had coordinated the date with me before arriving. The solar installers were professional, polite and friendly and it all completed in a straightforward way. The system was working the day after the install, they carried out all the registration, warranty documentation and handled the DNO forms on my behalf. I was surprised at how good the system actually is, with a 4kW peak output in January and exporting 200% of my import in April. I found the whole process very straightforward and I had no glitches whatsoever, Mark, Paul and Paula were pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable and were happy to discuss technical and installation matters. In summary, I am very happy indeed to recommend In2gr8ted Solutions based on my experience and would definitely use them again if the need arose.

I chose In2gr8ted Solutions Ltd because they are an approved GivEnergy equipment supplier & fitter, and also because they have been in business for many years. My initial contact was by telephone with Mark, when I discussed what I thought I needed. Mark was very keen to make sure that a Solar system was actually of value for my needs and impressed on me the typical payback period on systems (up to 12 years depending on usage, etc.). Mark provided five quotes on different numbers of panels, different panel types, battery sizes, etc. The surveyor came to check on the roof sizes, positions and the roof supports, and he pointed out a problem with my proposed east-facing array which we changed to the other roof side to catch more daylight and avoid a chimney shadow. Two weeks later the fitters came, were polite, worked steadily, didn't rush, and kept me informed of what they were doing, taking three of them a whole day to fit and wire in the arrays. I was impressed with their internal wiring solution thus avoiding external cables. The battery and inverter were installed a few days later, and again, steady, efficient and tidy work. The fitter on that day (Paul, the owner) commissioned the system with GivEnergy, then explained fully how it all worked, the web app and the mobile app, and presented me with all the documentation, certificates, insurance, etc. paperwork, including wiring diagram for future reference. All in all, I found In2gr8ted Solutions a very open, honest, and diligent company.
