I have had a home security alarm fitted to my new build property and I couldn't be more pleased. With regards to the alarm itself, it is high quality and allows me to protect my home anywhere through the ability to set and unset the alarm through the mobile app but also, I am able to receive notifications to my mobile letting me know who has set and unset the alarm and when. Adrian (engineer) called me the day before installation to confirm that the date and time arranged was still convenient. Upon arrival he showed me the product being installed and explained to me my options for location of the control panel etc. Upon completion Adrian then showed me how to use the alarm and we ran through different scenarios (using the app/code/key fob) for setting and un-setting the alarm. I am very happy with the quality of Adrian's workmanship as the installation is very professional.
