We contacted Insulating Windows to quote for supply and installation of a large number of doors and windows needed for a major refurbishment of our house after an unsatisfactory brush with a national window company. Grant visited the house and took a personal interest in the project throughout. The quote we received was very competitive and all the staff we dealt with were very customer focused and professional. Changes to the brief were taken in their stride and the need for multiple visits to measure the non-standard building construction (granite blocks) and to install the items around the wider building works was no problem. I have no hesitation in recommending Insulating Windows to any prospective customer.

The windows were nicely fitted. Although the work could have been finished in two days rather than three. Clean and tidy workmen, but some damage to walls and doorways will need repair. Helpful workers who moved furniture when needed, but did cause damage to a chest of drawers that can't be repaired. Would be happy to recommend, although would ask for more care to be taken if they worked with us again. Can't fault the windows and the final effect.

The fitters arrived on time. They used dust sheets where necessary. all work was carried out quickly and to a very high standard. They were polite and courteous at all times. Everything was finished and complete to our satisfaction. They cleaned up before they left. Overall a very satisfactory job.

Four upstairs windows were installed. The end result is excellent. The challenging weather conditions, -5c temperatures did not deter the two workmen who worked very hard for seven hours. The properties of the acoustic glass are immediately appreciated and welcome.
