I was having a problem with my Sony television which was covered by a five year John Lewis guarantee. As a result I contacted John Lewis and they made arrangements for J.F. Associates, Garsington, Oxford to make contact with me to arrange a home visit. Before making the visit, the company spoke to me on the telephone to ascertain the nature of the problem, asked me to send photographs of the television to enabled them to order the correct parts and arrange a date for the home visit. Approximately one week later, an Engineer ( John) from J. F. Associates arrived at my home address and within fifteen minutes he had replaced and tested the faulty part and uploaded the latest firmware. The level of service was extremely professional and I would highly recommend this company.
