I chose J Norris to have a full chase rewire of my property as he’d helped me out on a previous occasion when I needed the electrics to my garage made safe. He and his apprentice make an excellent team. They were committed to making the rewire as stress free as possible. They arrived on time worked really hard until the whole job was completed. Really happy with the results and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent experience.

John was absolutely superb from start to finish. Polite and always on time. Gave us sound advice and talked us through the work. From the first meeting we felt comfortable with John, he knows his job inside out. He just had that confidence about him, answering all our questions. Patience as well as we asked a few!! Had new lights installed and new sockets. The work was carried out on time - on budget - we will definitively use John again and have no hesitation what so ever in recommending him.

I can't rate John highly enough. John replaced an old fuse box 6 years ago and when we needed some more work done we fortunately still had his details. He visited when he said, quoted promptly and arranged the date to carry out some additional works. All of the work was done within a day (downlights in 3 rooms, 2 outside lights and a socket repair) and to a very high standard. Very, very happy customer and would highly recommend - I will definitely use John again.

John replaced two storage radiators and also updated our two fuse boxes one of which was relevant to the new radiators. John?s timekeeping was immaculate and the job was professionally done. His knowledge of installing the radiators was excellent. He was a very clean worker and was not satisfied until all the electrics were one hundred per cent, he even set the dials on the radiators and did not leave until they worked perfectly.We would highly recommend him.

We have had two jobs done by J Norris Electrical - and would gladly use them for all future electrical jobs. Our first one was when we were having an unexplained fault with one of the power sockets. They were able to come and not only deal with the fault but identify some underlying issues with our wiring and circuitry. We got good sound advice on what needed doing, with no upselling or pressure to use them for any further works - but having heeded their advice and gone with them for the works, they did it very professionally and with good service (including clean up). Having had such a good experience the first time, we then used J Norris for a subsequent smaller job to fit new lighting - which again was done very effectively and efficiently.

Replacement of four x IP fire rated lights in bathroom. From initial email contact through to completion the job was actioned very quickly. Estimate that was given was the final price. Overall a very competent and tidy electrician. Would happily use again.
