Superefficient LTD

Callum from Super Efficient Ltd arrived on time and removed the old radiator from the conservatory. He drained down the central heating system to remove the radiator and then refilled the system on completion. He capped both the pipes as we decided not to replace the radiator. Callum did an excellent job and completed the work to the agreed schedule and on budget. He also left the place clean and tidy. He was friendly and explained the work he was going to carry out. He had good communication skills. I will definitely be using these plumbers again

Rang Superefficient today as there was water coming out of my hot water tank overflow. Jack called me straight back and was at my house within 10 minutes. He identified the problem which didn't actually require any new parts. Job done within 15 minutes and Jack didn't want any payment! How good is that!

Once again Super Efficient have done a sterling job. A replacement sink waste was fitted in minutes. I cannot praise their service ethos highly enough & would unhesitatingly recommend them to family & friends.

The guys from Superefficient were prompt with their appointments for estimate and actual fitting. Answered all my questions satisfactorily. George who fitted was timely, professional and tidy vacuuming after he had finished. Job well done. No extra hidden costs and bang on estimate.

A special thank you to Jack for amazing efficient service, We have an emergency "same day" plumbing contract with another company and they could not send us anyone round for four days. I rang Jack at 11 am today as we had a leaking toilet- he said someone would be round between 2 and 4 pm An engineer called 5 minutes past 2 and fixed our leak efficiently and quickly. Thanks for great service- we will definitely use you again

Unable to make it to meet Superefficient LTD at my parent's house, I had to rely on Superefficient LTD to help. Jack turned up promptly without much notice, quoted, and then fixed my parent's boiler efficiently, without any bother to my parents, and was very pleasant and professional too. He kept in contact with me all the way through, making sure me and my parent felt assured. Thank you Jack. We'll see you again at some point I'm sure.

Superefficient Limited are a good find. If you are considering using them - I would highly recommend the service they provide. We have used them three times now and they never let us down. Our boiler repair and service and the rest of the plumbing work they carried out in our flat was done in a highly professional manner. They tick all the boxes: they are knowledgeable, professional, keep to agreed schedules, are friendly and cost-effective. They are now my first point of call for any gas-related or plumbing work.

At a weekend my boiler broke down and was judged to be condemned. I chose 3 trusted traders and also used the relevant Which? report to choose a Vaillant boiler as my replacement. Vaillant website allowed me to choose 3 of their endorsed fitters. By tuesday morning I had all estimates and subsequently chose SuperEfficient Ltd who provided one of the lower quotes. More importantly, perhaps in consideration that my wife and I are senior citizens, was their commitment to do the installation 2 days later on the thursday and to rearrange their other commitments to accommodate our urgent needs. I think they managed this by hiring additional professional expert help. The job was fully completed in very reasonable time with no fuss or time breaks and all rubbish removed leaving a clean home and garden. That evening we truly enjoyed and appreciated good warmth and comfort. SuperEfficient you were pleasant, amenable, super and efficient and I have no hesitation in recommending you.

Laine attended to fit a new water heater only to discover it was the wrong unit. He went & changed it and then what proved a challenging job. Laine rose to the occasion without any complaints. He was polite & friendly and above all a clean and tidy contractor. We were recommended to this company and can understand why , Super Efficient by name and super efficient by nature. So impressed they are now enrolled on our books as one of our contractors.

Jack and his team are absolutely amazing. We are a busy North London estate agency and every time we needed Jack's services he never disappointed. Always on time, certificates done efficiently and emailed back to us straight away. We block book him and all jobs are completed to the highest standard.
