I have used this company for several years to service my boiler and for minor plumbing issues; if James can't immediately help he will either recommend a reliable alternative or even give appropriate advice to do it yourself. When I woke to find water coming through my bathroom ceiling near the light switch the day after a bank holiday though I panicked! They don't operate 24 hours but a text was responded to shortly after 7 and within 2 hours someone was at the door. Problem found (leaking mains pipe joint) and sorted with minimum fuss, new insulation fitted and everything left clean and tidy. Excellent service what more can be said!
