Absolutely ecstatic about the new kitchen we have just had fitted which was completed and finished in the timescale allotted after being completely gutted and redesigned. Michelle and Adam did a fantastic job of designing our new kitchen. All the tradesmen were brilliant at what they did and swept up every night before they went home. Just had the kitchen completed by these guys - very impressed with the end result. A few hiccups along the way but they went out of their way to sort them out and made sure that I was happy with the outcome (which I was). If you want quality, above average service and a personal approach then Janus are the company to go for and I strongly recommend them.

I needed a new bathroom and to replace a bath with a shower over, which was difficult getting in and out of. I approached Janus Interiors as I had seen some work they had done for a family member, and wanted the process to be as smooth as possible. Janus were helpful from the choosing of materials to explaining how things would work during the bathroom installation. The plumbers were very helpful and extremely accommodating and really good at keeping everywhere tidy (especially the communal areas of the building).

This was a well planned job from start to finish. The showroom is well laid out with very help full and knowledgeable staff. The installation crew worked well and payed attention to all the little details to make a perfect bathroom. They kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up at the end of every day. Great job

All work was carried out to a very high standard to create a perfect luxury shower room. I was very impressed by the quality of the work and attention to detail. Excellent service which enabled me to have the shower room exactly as I wanted it.

Brilliant choice and advice on what would fit/suit this small ensuite shower room. Managed to get a wider shower tray in too! And cater for a last minute addition of LED mirror which required an electrician. Fitter was polite and talked through progress each step of the way. He left the place lovely and tidy at the end of each day. His attention to detail meant the finished work was top quality as were the products. Super pleased.

We are over the moon with our new bathroom which has been delivered as planned, on time and to budget. The level of service from start to finish has exceeded expectations from the initial design meetings and discussions, communication throughout the work to completion. The professional standards of workmanship has been exceptional throughout. We are delighted with our new en suite bathroom which was designed and fitted by Janus Interiors and we were very pleased with the level of service from the initial site visits, through the design stage to a clean and professional installation. We employed Janus Interiors to refit and tile our main bathroom, refit our cloakroom and lay new flooring. Our showroom experience with Adam was useful in pointing out the various options and making useful suggestions. John and his team worked to the highest standards and were always polite, punctual and respectful of our possessions. Any problems were resolved quickly and efficiently. We are highly delighted with the end result and would have no hesitation in recommending Janus Interiors.

Due to a relatively small bathroom, various options were needed in order to come up with workable solution to replacing bath with easier access shower. Janus staff were helpful and patient with the planning. Once the design had been sorted, selecting options within that plan was made very easy. The actual installation went very well. We were very happy with the approach and quality of work of the two fitters, Tim and Matty, in particular with their daily update on progress and what to expect the following day. We were equally impressed with coordination of other trades i.e. plasterer, electrician and waste removal.

This was the 2nd bathroom that the team at Janus have done for us. How they turn a computer plan into a fantastic result is always amazing. We have used Janus for the kitchen as well as the bathrooms. Thinking 'outside the box' to get us what we needed was the reason we chose them and we have not been disappointed yet! The fitters are always helpful, professional and happy to offer suggestions to ensure we are happy with the final result.

We were talking to a couple of other bathroom companies about our design but were unhappy to proceed for various reasons. Then we discovered Janus Bathrooms nearby and had a chat followed by a measure up, design and quotation. Their design was better, and the explanation of costs and products was the best that we had encountered. Their full order book meant we had a wait until work could start but the quality of the end product was our highest priority. We liked the two-man team assigned to us, who did all the work except the electrics. A couple of small problems with the house that could not have been foreseen cropped up along the way and we had a small design change at the last minute, but everything was dealt with smoothly. The company aims at a very high standard and met it. We are delighted with the finished product.

The whole experience of having our bathroom renovated was made so easy by the team at Janus. Super helpful and informed design / planning team. We initially amended our design quite a bit, as we liked a few different styles. Adam and Michele were incredibly patient and worked to ensure that our design was perfect. The workmanship of all of the trades was brilliant and we are so in love with our kitchen! We were so pleased at how seamlessly the work was project managed from start to finish. Our new kitchen is even better than we imagined - thank you so much!

We initially chose Janus for our bathroom and en-suite refits because we wanted to use a reputable, local company. From our initial visit to their showroom, through the planning stages to the final fitting, we have been thoroughly delighted with their standards of customer service and quality of workmanship. In particular, Becky, in the showroom was a delight to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable about their products, and was able to offer valuable advice in respect of our choices, being endlessly patient with our lack of decisiveness, multiplied by two as we were refitting two rooms. The thing that has impressed us the most has been the outstanding workmanship displayed by their fitters, Paul and his assistant Rob. Paul is a first class plumber, and an absolute perfectionist when it comes to fitting the tiles and suite, and this is reflected in the finished bathroom. They have dealt professionally with any issues that arose. From the flawless fitting of the porcelain tiles I selected in ignorance of the difficulty of their cutting and fitting, to finding solutions to any problems thrown up by the, sometimes questionable, construction of our rooms, a solution was found without problem. Where any issues were found with any of the products to be fitted, these were dealt with by Paul before we were even aware of them. We have been left with a new bathroom that far exceeds our expectations, and cant be more delighted. Thank you to all.

We have just had a new bathroom fitted by Janus Interiors, Bingley. From start to finish the service has been fantastic. Becky's help, support and guidance with the design was second to none and the fitters, Tim and Matthew, were not only professional but friendly and polite which makes a difference when you see them everyday for 2 weeks. The quality of their work is outstanding. The bathroom looks absolutely fantastic and we are over the moon with the design and quality of fixtures and fittings and the quality of workmanship. Extremely happy with our new bathroom. From the very first visit to the showroom to completion of the work the team at Janus were very professional friendly informative and extremely helpful. The fitters Marty and Tim were excellent and completed the work to a very high standard, nothing was too much trouble. They kept us informed throughout the refit and made sure everything was neat and tidy at the end of each day. Would definitely recommend.

Janus Interiors produced several layouts to review before we decided on the final plan. The work was scheduled over 10 days but took 12 days due to additional pipework. This was not an issue and it allowed for us to make minor adjustments to the plans as we saw the bathroom take shape m. The standard of work is exceptional and the finished bathroom has exceeded our expectations. The team were extremely tidy and ensured they cleared up each evening. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Janus.

Janis was very helpful during planning and installation. Respect was shown to my home and at the end of the day everything was left tidy. I was involved with installation and kept up to date with what was happening next on a day to day basis. At the end of the installation, my home was vacuumed and everything back in its rightful place.

Right from the beginning we have nothing but the highest of praise for Rick, Michele and their staff. From the initial planning of the 2 bathrooms and master bedroom, right through to the completed job everything has been done in the most professional way. We have no end of praise for the skills of the lead tradesmen, John, Ian and Stuart, their work is of the utmost quality and their liaison with us was exceptional. We have no hesitation in recommending Janus to anyone.

We have just had a total bathroom refurbishment completed by Janus. We were exceedingly impressed with the professionalism, helpfulness and care they took from start to finish. Rick’s designs were extremely thorough, at our request he produced two designs. One for our basic requirement to replace the bath with a walk in shower and the second for a bathroom of my dreams. Both were extremely detailed and every item in the design was costed individually. We opted for the bathroom of my dreams and they delivered this and more. Whenever a visit to the showroom was required Adam, Becky, Rick and Michele never rushed you, there was time to discuss choices, advice was given and you were made to feel a valuable customer. During the fitting we were kept updated with what was happening. Time and care was taken during the install to ensure a first class job. The lads including Oli, Stuart, Richard and Mattie were polite, hard working and very tidy throughout the job. The house was always left clean and tidy at the end of the day. The finished bathroom is amazing and we are so pleased with it so a huge thank you to you all. Their aftercare service was good and the only very small issue we had was very swiftly dealt with. I would totally recommend Janus Interiors for any work, they may not be the cheapest but they are in our opinion the best.

From the very start of my enquiry to the completion of the work, I have been very happy and felt assured and confident that the work carried out on my shower room would be how I wanted it to be. From being shown around their Show Rooms, to the visit to measure and then seeing how it would all look using their 3D on screen, to the tradesmen coming to fit it all was done in a very friendly and professional manner. They arrived when they said they would, they provided information to me in a very timely manner and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. On my receipt of payment they said 'It's been a pleasure working for you' and I have to say the same thing in reverse, 'Its been a pleasure having you do the work for me too'

Janus did a complete refit on our bathroom. They removed everything from the old bathroom and installed a new one. From the initial visit to their showroom in Bingley to the finish of the new bathroom, Janus were absolute first class. We had to wait longer than originally envisaged due to Covid, but they contacted us as soon as they were allowed and arranged a date to commence work. All the work was carried out to the timescales given to us. The fitters were extremely clean and friendly and made sure we were happy with their work throughout. We are extremely happy with our new bathroom and the work carried out. We would, and will, recommend Janus Interiors to all our family and friends. They provide a first class service and the materials and bathrooms are also first class.

We needed a full refurbishment/replacement of our bathroom & shower rooms upstairs. Service & standard of workmanship from start to finish was first class. From starting with the design offering solutions and ideas to overcome the issue of knocking two rooms into one. Helped us at showroom to go through the choice of furniture, fixtures, tiles, lighting etc. The fitting team were first class and the standard of finish and attention to detail was just want you need. We had issues along the way with the usual unforeseen issues with damage caused by the old fixtures, fittings & previous installation. These were all sorted by the team with no fuss or stress. You could tell that the fitting team take a pride in their work. Something that unfortunately go amiss nowadays. They are not the cheapest, but we wanted a quality product and the service, fitting and finish more than matched our expectation. I would highly recommend the team at Janus to anyone. After taking recommendations from friends I visited Janus showroom to see what was available and to firm up some ideas. The showroom was well presented and the stock available clearly of excellent quality. The showroom staff were extremely helpful and informative. After a home visit to "measure up" I visited again and the staff were wonderful at helping, advising and guiding my final choices. When it came to fitting the Janus staff were skilled and efficient. Unfortunately, then came Covid related lockdown. The fitters made sure we were left with a fully functioning bathroom. When restrictions were lifted Janus returned to complete all work to a very high standard. My bathroom looks stunning and I could not be more delighted with the service, attention to detail, quality of workmanship and the overall standard of the end result. Our tired old bathroom has been completely replaced by Janus Interiors. We now have a shiny new bathroom that is modern and functional. Their tradespeople were excellent, and ably managed by Rick and Michele. Highly recommended!

We used Janus for our new bathroom and we couldn't be happier. They had to knock down a wall into the toilet to create this ablutive masterpiece. The work carried out was to a very high standard and the lads , Chris, John and Kyle cared about what they were doing and took great pride in their work. Every night before finishing they wanted me to inspect the days work to see if I was happy. And they always tidied up so we weren't spending the night in a building site. Every aspect of the project, from design to after installation visit was first class. I can whole heartedly recommend Rick, Michelle, Becky and all the team at Janus to anyone who us after a premier quality bathroom and I wish them all success for the future.

New en-suite. Particularly liked the attention to detail e.g. making sure tiles were centre aligned to the wash basin. We asked them to change the orientation of the shower door so it opened the opposite way. No Problem! Pete & Rhona - Shipley
