The two operatives who carried out this work at short notice (due to a previous cancellation) were professional, polite and tidy. They did a very good and clean job reducing the height of this large cherry tree by about a third and then re-shaping it back to an attractive outline. They also took off some lower branches that were overhanging our neighbour's garden. All the resulting residue was removed and the site left clean and tidy. I later had a query on the invoice that was sent for this work. This was sorted out by their office both courteously and efficiently leaving me happy and contented with both the finished work and their billing process. I am happy to recommend them and would be pleased to consider them for any other tree work we might require in the future.
