Our company has been established since May 1961 and over the years has been handed down through three generations of the Johnson family with a fourth generation in training.

We specialise in heating and plumbing services and cover:

We have been Worcester Gold Accredited Installers for 10 years and with Worcester's excellent after-care service and quality products, they are our first choice for new gas, oil or LPG boiler installations.

Charged £319.20 for boiler repair. Failed to get it fixed.

J F Johnson and Sons came to repair my Vaillant ecotec plus 624 boiler. After several hours of head scratching and replacing the hose into the heat exchanger, a mini PCB was ordered to fix things. On fitting the next day the boiler was still dead. The engineer said I would have to contact a Vaillant engineer now. The Vaillant engineer came the day after and soon had the boiler fixed, after replacing the replacement hose into the heat exchanger which was leaking! Then I received a bill for £319.20 from J F Johnson and Sons for not fixing my boiler. My advice - go direct to Vaillant for a Vaillant engineer. They know how to fix them! Extremely frustrated and disappointed. Customer beware.
