Complete bathroom fit. First discussion of what I wanted with suggestions on how it would work and if it could be done a better way. Removing old bathroom and fitting new bathroom. A good team. Workmanship was of a high standard and the finish is excellent. Completed with the time stated. Worked with causing minimum amount of disruption. Kept informed all the time. Everyday they left after tidying up. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs work done. Cost was the best quote for the work required.

Responded promptly to service request, checked poor drainage from toilets and reviewed all outflows from toilets and wash basins, identifing a problem with wash basin drainage which they also fixed. Courteous and professional service. Good to see that they are also employing apprentices.

Leaking valve/elbow in the bathroom, it was dealt with quickly and efficiently, staff were courteous and helpful from the time I first spoke to them. Plumber was on time, clean, polite and explained what he had done.

I had a shower fitted & am very pleased with the results. The Plumber arrived at the arranged time. I found him very pleasant & helpful. He explained how the shower worked & cleaned up behind himself taking the old shower & rubbish with him.
