We are based in Coventry and cover all surrounding areas, offering a variety of Plumbing and Heating solutions.

JLN Plumbing and Heating Ltd was formed in 2007 by James Lacey, who has over 20 years experience in the plumbing and heating industry.

We have a current staffing of three office staff, eight qualified engineers and four apprentice engineers. A fleet of nine fully liveried vehicles and offices in Allesley and Nuneaton.

Just had an annual service on my boiler. The engineer turned up on time. He was very amiable. Didn’t have an issue with my stupid dog following him around! Job completed. Paperwork all complete. Left one very happy customer. Great service. Thanks.

I would like to thank Reece, the engineer who JLN sent to install a new tap set and repair a rather stressful leaking pipe. JLN took my call immediately and scheduled the work on the day and time I requested - very straight forward, no need to wait for a callback. Reece arrived promptly on the time promised and was polite, friendly, re-assuring and professional throughout. The work was explained, pre-quoted, agreed and then carried out to a high standard for a fair price. I asked Reece for advice for future work that we would like carried out and he gave me helpful advice and is now assisting in obtaining a quote from JLN for this work. I intend to use JLN for all future plumbing work and will certainly recommend them to others.
High standard of work on an awkward job

We were very pleased with the ease of the booking process, especially given that we had been waiting weeks for two other companies to even return our calls, until we gave up on them and tried JLN on the recommendation of a friend. Although the plumber arrived earlier than we were expecting, he did call to let us know he was on his way, so we had some warning before he arrived. The job (replacing a cracked plastic toilet cistern) turned out to be more awkward than expected, and therefore took longer than the plumber had allowed. However, he persisted until he had completed the job to his (and our) satisfaction. His standards were evidently very high, and we were impressed that he would not cut corners. He explained the difficulties clearly, and explained why he had to increase his original estimate. We have already asked JLN to take on another job for us, and would certainly recommend them.

I have used JLN in the past to service and repair my mums boiler and fire. My mum is very elderly and gets confused. I live a distance away, and JLN are always there to dig me out of a hole. I spoke to Fay this morning, she is so helpful. They were there the same day to check and fix my mums boiler, and service her fire. I cannot rate them highly enough. Quality of workmanship and attitude is 5 star. A very caring company indeed. Very very highly recommended.

Fast, efficient and very knowledgable
We contacted JLN due to having a problem with our boiler, after 3 other companies hadn't bothered to call us back. After arranging an appointment for the next working day, Justin fixed and serviced our boiler and serviced our gas fire within an hour or so. The problem with the boiler was explained to us and how it was fixed, and the system was fully tested. It's nice to find a company that gives great customer service from start to finish and at a very reasonable rate. I cannot rate JLN high enough and will certainly be using them again

I have used JLN Plumbing several times for plumbing and boiler issues. All three times they have provided a good quality service. They try to meet your needs regarding times and dates of visits and contact you if they can get you earlier so that you are not waiting in. Professional and friendly staff. Would recommend these to anyone.

I required a last minute change to my appointment time and the office staff were very helpful. Pleasant engineer arrived on time after giving 30 minute warning of his arrival. Carried out first annual service of heating boiler; answered questions about the system. Adjusted balance of system to provide more heat downstairs. Job completed in good time with no mess; paperwork completed in legible fashion. Report and receipt sent via email. Very happy with this company and would happily recommend them.

New Boiler, New Radiators & Refurbishment of Cloakroom

JLN provided an excellent service throughout, removing an existing back boiler, installing a new combi-boiler, new radiators to four rooms and installing a new toilet suite, vanity unit, floor and wall tiles to the cloakroom. The engineers were very efficient, knowledgeable and helpful resulting in an extremely neat and tidy installation, with all rubbish removed and the house left clean and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble and the engineers were always punctual, with the added benefit that we received text messages in advance advising that they were on their way to commence work. Hats off to all staff, from the estimator and office personnel through to the installation engineers. I would thoroughly recommend JLN for heating and bathroom installations.
