I called Danny and explained the situation and found him to be immediately warm, empathetic and knowledgable. He quickly gave me an appointment slot and on the day of the appointment arrived in good time. Highly professional, personable and generous with his time Danny tracked down the problem and fixed it immediately. He was then extremely thorough with his testing and made sure everything was in good order. From first to last the customer experience from Danny was exceptional and I feel honoured to have met him and had him resolve the problem. Replaced existing internal oil boiler with a new external one. Very neatly executed with no leaks and working successfully. They met the challenge of integrating the new boiler into an existing system which is about forty years old and slightly unconventionally configured. I was particularly pleased with the thought put into the positioning of the wireless room thermostat. They didn't just put it where the old one was but put it in a more logical and accessible place.

Danny kept in touch which we appreciated. Carl and his colleague came to fit the Worcester Gas Boiler. Carl was very professional and took care to fit the Boiler into the space left by the old smaller boiler and did an excellent job. The pipework was very tidy. In fact both of them were very tidy workers and took care to keep our house clean and tidy as well. Attention was paid to detail and we were very pleased. We would highly recommend Julian Bland Limited and will be using them again.
