Justin has just completed a start again refit of my small bathroom. He was polite and helpful throughout. Despite the small size, the problem was that a large window was exactly where the over bath shower needed to be. This was challenging. Bespoke shower screen firms couldn’t supply, nor could local glass companies. However Justin successfully designed and sourced a bespoke drilled panel which has done the job perfectly. This caused a delay which was understandable. In my view not many bathroom fitters would have delivered such an effective solution. The result is stunning. I am very pleased with the high standard of finish and, importantly, the robustness of the unseen work.

Justin did an excellent job of the refit which included floor and wall tiling, new shower, toilet and basin. Good communication before and during the job, provided advice and suggestions on finishes and returned to fit new components when the originals I supplied were faulty. Bathroom looks great, highly recommended.

Justin advised us on water tanking and tiling our new en suite bathroom. He was very informative and opened our eyes to lots of different options. The work was completed on time and to a very high standard and was tidy throughout and when work was complete. He also reattended to touch up a couple of areas of grout once it had settled. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him or use again for any future projects we have.

Herringbone tiling to hallway floor

Justin is a master of his art. He is an absolute pro tiler. Really happy with how the hallway looks. No getting away from the fact that small herringbone tiling is a labour of love and we've had loads of compliments about the finish. Despite the challenge of a hallway he managed to negotiate the difficulty of working with us for the best part of a week and having us, 2 kids and a dog around for company - but he managed to smartly lay the tiling in such a way that we could always still use the hallway. Would heartily recommend and he will be my go to tiler from now on.

Justin tiled our kitchen floor, with the units already in place, with 600/300mm tiles in a 70/30 format. It is the best tiling we have had done. Impressively flat, you can slide your bare feet across the surface and not feel even the slightest edge, perfect fit around the units, and we were provided with a wide choice of grout from which we chose one that perfectly complemented both the tiles and kitchen units. Very professional, they talked us through the tiling process, punctual, completed on time, as per quote, and no tidying up needed by us. Very polite and pleasant.
