We have used KRS twice. Excellent work both times. Also thoughtful customer service. He was running a little late for the second visit. Called ahead to let us know and kept us up to date with his expected arrival time. Really helpful.

We were disappointed by our attempts to get the services of an electrician, but Sash was responsive, on time and completed numerous small electrical jobs we need done, but other traders weren't interested in. He is clean, tidy and does an excellent job. Value for money and only charges for. What he completes. Will certainly use Sash again. Highly recommend him.

We asked Sash to try to sort out a very difficult electrical problem - frequent but irregular RCD tripping in a big old Victorian house with lots of complicated wiring of various ages and states of repair. He took on this task quickly and with good heart, despite the obvious challenges. He told us that he particularly liked to do the "electrical diagnostic" work, which was reassuring for us. He spent time carefully checking every relevant circuit, and some of the appliances and external factors he could find, and explained everything to us at each stage of the process. He kept our safety in mind at all times. The problem was eventually isolated to the RCD unit itself, which was tripping at too low a mAmp level (although within the prescribed range). Since this was changed, we have had no further problems - many thanks Sash! Highly recommended.

Sash has done several jobs for us over the last few years. The most recent one was to fix new wired-in smoke alarms, which he did very quickly and at a modest price. He also found a replacement transformer for our hall light, which saved us buying a new unit. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Regularly in touch via text, checking appointment was ok day before visit. Very polite and considerate in my home. Took time to explain issues to me. Documentation/certificates received promptly after visit. Dealt with connected issues courteously and promptly. Would thoroughly recommend.
