K-Tech Heating Limited

I have used Kaloyan at K-Tech Heating to change my system from gravity fed to unvented cylinder, to install thermostatic radiator valves and tado smart controls throughout and to do a power flush followed by a balancing of the radiators. (Glowworm boiler for hot water and ten radiator central heating system.) Kaloyan was polite and considerate throughout, explaining what he was doing and answering my questions throughout. I like to understand what professionals are doing and Kaloyan took the time to do so when I requested this. In doing the installations, Kaloyan found a couple of problems with the boiler which he proceeded to correct after consulting with me. At no time do I feel that he was trying to 'up sell' and so I felt comfortable with his recommendations. The result of Kaloyan's work is a central heating system which is providing heating levels which we have not experienced before in some of the more far flung (but important) rooms. Well done, Kaloyan.

Colin has done a number of jobs for me over the past 6 months. I have found him to be very thorough, knowledgeable and reliable. He is also very reasonable with his prices. I would recommend him to anyone and will certainly be the first plumber I call the next time I need one.

Kayolan at K-Tech Heating came out to help me and my fiancé with our broken boiler at very short notice. We called him on a Saturday and he came over first thing on Monday morning to fix the boiler in about 90 minutes - he'd have come sooner but the parts shop was shut. Very satisfied with the service and would definitely use him again.

Colin performed an annual boiler service for me. After checking what make and model of boiler I had he quoted me a price at the upper end of what I was expecting. He turned up exactly on time. Was polite and clear about what he was going to do. He was very thorough about the work to be done and tested the system at the end. There were no surprises just good honest work.
