Very impressive downstairs cloakroom and a refurbished bathroom now looks like new. Fast and efficient service would highly recommend.

Kiel Bathrooms provided a truly professional service in all aspects of the work, from initial contract to after sales service. Knowledge of their products and attention to detail was consistently demonstrated throughout the process of re-fitting our bathroom and en-suite. All work was done to the agreed timescale and the quality of the work done and materials used is of the highest standard. Any queries were resolved promptly both before and after completion of the work. Trader highly recommended without hesitation.

I needed a complete bathroom revamp and chose Kiel Bathrooms on the basis of quality products, helpful advice and useful discussions both onsite and in the showroom. When minor problems occurred during the installation process, Richard’s patience and good humour kept me going. On completion of the installation, the owner came round himself to check the finished work. The shower-room, complete with beautiful modern tiling is a transformation. Everyone comments on the appearance and quality of the finished project. As a result, I have no hesitation in recommending Kiel Bathrooms.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Kiel Bathrooms. They completely revamped our main bathroom, originally with a dated shower over bath, and gave us a new longer and wider than average whirlpool bathtub with beautiful wall-mounted waterfall tap, and separate 1200x800 walk-in shower which required some additional knocking down of existing wall. A new toilet, wall-hung, from new floor to ceiling boxing, new modern vessel basin with wall mounted tap, beautiful tiles to walls and floor, and new ceiling with recessed lights and touch-free illuminated heated mirror- we now have a spa-like haven!! We were so impressed we had the front cloakroom done as well, made a little larger for a brand new corner shower, and replacement toilet and basin. Quality of workmanship of everyone was outstanding, the whole process was very smooth-the electrician, joiner and plasterer turned up at the right time so there were no delays, and the skip was delivered and collected in a timely fashion. Paul arrived promptly every day and put in a full days work and everything was left as clean and tidy as possible at the end of each day. Communication was excellent, and our preferences about the fixtures and fittings were incorporated into the final design. Although not the cheapest, the company's service throughout was excellent, the resulting bathroom/shower rooms are amazing and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Pity we can't post 'before' and 'after' pictures.

We cannot rate this company any higher, from the initial contact and quote Kiel exceeded our expectations. They turned a bedroom cupboard into a high-end stylish shower room that is a joy to use. The installation was carried out in a professional manner by Paul who was always on time who took great pride in delivering us a beautifully finished shower room. The owner came around after the installation was completed to check over the work. Thanks to all at Kiel Bathrooms for all your efforts to produce two very happy customers.

Before: small bathroom with basin, bath, shower over bath, toilet, plastic shower curtain and laminate wood-effect floor. Definitely forgettable. Now: still small but a remarkable and beautiful shower room with soft-close lid toilet, basin with drawers under, bigger towel rail and a soft-to-the-foot tile-effect slate-coloured Lino (or similar) floor. Toilet and cistern have a modern look - I never thought of toilets being designed but, of course, they must be. Lumpy ceiling and central light replaced by smart strips of plastic, four down-lighters spaced out in a diamond shape so one lights the user as they look at themselves in the large new mirror. Lovely tiles on the walls and the boxed-pipework. Spare tiles left in case I ever need to access the pipes - thoughtful. Malcolm Kiel specced the job and showed me the designs and options in Kiel's excellent Holderness Road showroom (bigger than it looks). I would never have come up with anything near as good as this on my own. Helpful and extremely able staff did the work and contributed to the design. For example adjusting the toilet's final position and running a pipe box to the ceiling that previously had stopped short and putting a putting a cubby hole in an unused area. They cleaned the area at the end of every day and, all the rubbish and old fittings were taken away by a licensed skip company. All done on budget. Yes, I spent more than I thought I would but it is well worth it and I am glad I did. Great job.
