I could not recommend more highly KP Glazing. We had to replace a broken walk-on glass pane. It involved closing the road, booking a crane (the pane was huge and heavy) The whole process with KP Glazing (Kris) was excellent from start to finish. You will not find a more polite, clean, tidy set of glazing professionals. We are thrilled with the final result and what could have been a stressful process turned out to be stress free. You will not be disappointed with KP Glazing!

Price was good compared to Essex company's and they did what I asked with colour of glass and design where other company's said they could not do! they did not rush at all with works took two weeks to complete , took longer than i thought but it was a price job to do.,(as i also run a Which Trusted trader company thats why I use them because being Which trusted is a good thing you know you are in safe hands ) arrived usually by 8.30am from Gatwick kepted us informed all mess cleared away and polite staff .

We bought our flat a bit more than 2 years after this was extended. KP did all windows work in the flat, including skylights in the living room and a massive bi-fold window door too. We actually has issues with all of them. On the bi-fold door we had to ask KP to come 2 times to fix some of the seals and those are still not fixed. Both skylights got condensation just after 2 years and KP response was that the supplier went out of business and they could not do anything about it. We are now asking an independent surveyor to come and have a look as both skylights are deficient, we suspect this has to do with the installation rather that the glass themselves. So Overall a pretty bad experience with KP Glazing unfortunately

Thank you very much for your feedback. However I must disagree with your opinion. All aluminium windows are under manufacturing warranty. We never refuse seals replacement and in fact we changed them for you once. Since this time we haven’t heard anything from you, so we believed everything is going well. Sky lights was from manufacturer who unfortunately went out of business. We offered you replacement and asked only to cover materials, which in fact after two years from installation was fairly solution. Kind regards Chris

Needed a frosted glazing panel on our balcony, to comply with our planning permission. The product looks fantastic, exactly as I hoped it would. Staff were great, very professional and respectful of the residents. Price was also very competitive. Not a bad word to say this company. Highly recommended.
