We originally purchased Quickstep Alpha Vinyl Flooring for our bathroom and to be laid by the plumbers. The quality was so impressive, we decided to have it extended through the hallway and into the kitchen. Despite the start of the second Covid lockdown, we placed an order which we knew would take some time to fulfil. This suited us as we were having problems getting a plasterer to complete the preparations. Eventually, after Steve and Laura also had delays with suppliers (Covid) it all came together and the Flooring, skirting and door trims were installed, mainly by Steve alone due to a team member being injured! Despite all this, we are delighted with the quality of the product and the precision of the installation.

Laminate master fitted a new laminate floor in bedroom, wardrobe and en-suite as well as new skirting boards. The price of the flooring was very good and the cost of fitting competitive. The lady who dealt with us at the shop was very helpful and patient and we did not feel under pressure to make quick decisions. The fitters arrived at the agreed time and were very hard working and conscientious. The quality of the fitting is perfect and the customer service excellent and I would highly recommend laminate master to others.

This is the second time we’ve used Laminate Master, we previously had floor fitted several years ago at our old property and never had any issues hence our second booking for our new home. Ste and the team never fail to achieve the highest of standards in all they do with their finish. From the outstanding customer service and correspondence received to the actual floor fit on the day, Laminate Master were fantastic. Ste and the lads are very professional in all that they do but are very down to earth and outgoing making their presence in your own home very comfortable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend. Worth every penny for quality fitted flooring.

I can’t believe my flooring has been in place 10 years and still looks as good as new. The quality is absolutely amazing and Steve and his team are superb craftsmen. Would highly recommend this company if you want a quality job that can stand the test of time with 4 children & 4 dogs.

We had laminate flooring fitted to our lounge dining room and 2 hallways. We had good service from Steve the owner from the minute we entered the showroom and the fitters Chris and Jake worked very hard and were very professional. We now have a beautiful floor which looks amazing and is admired by friends and family.
