Wow! Communications - from first contacting LazyLawn North Manchester and dealing with Peter Mangnall for a quote, the comms have been very clear and precise, all details discussed confirmed clearly. Once the date for installation was agreed all details and timings that Peter set out were met. Clarity - Everything was explained fully and anything I was unsure about or needed confirmation on, was provided promptly and clearly. Flexibility - LazyLawn NM, were amazingly flexible. From the quote date it was 4 months before I confirmed an installation date, Peter had the supplies in place within 24 hours and started work the following day. I added an additional area of garden to be covered once the work was started, and the installation team and Peter took this in their stride and covered both areas in the same time frame - amazing. Punctuality - Perfect, arrived on time, worked extremely hard, no periods of idleness. Fantastic. Cleanliness - couldn't fault it, they kept my property tidy and clean throughout, and when they left everything had been swept and washed down spotless. Ecstatic. Problems - None whatsoever. Professionalism - The very best, Peter and his team were the ultimate professionals from the outset to completion. They respected me and my property, they had time for all the daft questions I asked, they were polite, well mannered, a pleasure to have at the house for two days. I was referred to Lazy lawn by one of my neighbours, Peter from there north Manchester team came to see me at my home the same evening of me calling to enquire. He measured up, talked me through what would be done and gave me a very competitive price. I arranged for the work to be carried out the next week on my days off. The team turned up at 7.30am on the dot as they said they would, worked extremely hard only stopping to have a quick brew and butty then back to work, they had the job completed in a day. Where a good set of lads, hard grafters and very respectful. They tidyed the whole site before they left and even went above and beyond by rebedding a loose flag I had. Would definitely recommend these guys, friendly, no pressure sales tactics, did exactly what they said they would plus abit more and most importantly the price was very good for the quality of work they carried out. The lawn looks fantastic!

It is now a month since the lawn was laid & if anything it looks even better than the day it was laid. Peter & his crew turned up on time & got stuck in straight away with everyone knowing what they had to do. I was amazed at just how quickly the job was done, but this is what you get when the workmen know what they are doing & are used to doing it. All areas were cleaned & tidied up to our satisfaction, all in all, we are very pleased with the finished job & would recommend to anyone.

Peter came out to do a survey even though our garden was nowhere near ready for the grass. He came back out 7 months later to measure up again and to book us in. He was very thorough in explaining the whole procedure and booked us in. Peter and the lads, Bob & Chris came on time and worked for 2 days solid. They fitted the lawn, tidied up, washed our new patio down and left the area spotless. We are over the moon with our lawn and it looks fab. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Lazylawn Manchester. We have spent a lot of money of our garden and the project has taken over 4 years to complete, so we wanted a company we could rely on.

Last year I noticed a neighbour had had his turf lawn replaced with artificial turf and it was by far the best I'd seen. My own turf lawn was looking tired and full of moss and weeds so I spoke to my wife and we agreed that this year we would replace our lawn with artificial grass, I contacted LazyLawn and Peter, the Manager for North Manchester, got back to me almost immediately. He came over the following evening and did a survey and discussed the process for removing the existing lawn and replacing it with the new. We chose the grass that we wanted, which was the same one that our neighbour had, and agreed the price, all of this conducted in a friendly but professional manner. Following this meeting Peter contacted me to say that he, and his team, would be starting the work on the following Tuesday and would be here at the house at 7:30am. They arrived on time, in fact a little earlier, and literally worked non stop, apart for a short lunch break, until the job was completed. We have never experienced the work ethic and professionalism that Peter and his team displayed, and we have experienced many other tradesmen over the years , good and bad, but this has to be the best ever and what a stunning difference it has made to the front garden, I can't praise them enough for the work that they did and will have no hesitation in recommending Peter, and LazyLawn, to anyone who is looking to replace their turf lawn with artificial grass, you won't be disappointed.
