After several assesments from other companies, we have held off getting a new boiler. But we kept a local paper advertising local plumbers and decided to contact them. From the start we were impressed with the knowledge and experience that Mr Allen has, so we went ahead with the job. Clear quote stating all the work that would be carried out, very professional. They carried out the works over two days and worked through until the job was done. Respected our home and made a contious effort to leave the house as they found it. These gents were great, no wonder they can offer ten years warranty on all new boilers. Highly recommend this professional family run local business. Darren and his team have just completed a boiler installation for me. I found them to be very helpful from the first visit to assess the job, throughout to the finish. It was a difficult conversion to my way of thinking but the work was carried out very professionally. Quality of workmanship was very good and I have no complaints. The team always arrived on time, were very friendly and pleasant and cleaned up after each day's work. I asked for extra items to be added to the job and this was taken on board, no problem, customer comes first, and actioned to my satisfaction. Darren was very patient explaining how the new system worked and on the couple of occasions that I had to contact him after the job was completed, he was always accessible and courteous.
