Had checked the reviews on 'Which' TT website.......which, were good. Ciaran arrived early & on time on 12 6.2023. I was very satisfied with his work. The outcome looks very acceptable, at the moment.

My elderly Parents had an emergency (a blocked drain with water overflowing into the front garden, on a Saturday morning). I looked up Which Trader? to find Local Plumbers (London) Limited, the nearest twenty four hour servicing company to them. Darren was incredibly helpful and considerate and accommodating in sourcing an engineer to see to my Parents' drainage problem so quickly. It's important for me to say here that Darren, at the time of my calling at nine am had no-one available (as at full capacity). I told him that my Parents were elderly and anxious and that I would book them in for an early call on Monday the twenty eighth of February. Within an hour of that initial call, Darren had sourced an engineer and had him booked and en-route to my Parents - amazing. Joe the Engineer, not only dealt with the problem but explained to my Parents what caused the problem (so that it could be avoided in the future). This is where you have a Company that operates on a human level, with integrity and understanding and marries that up with the delivery of an efficient and effective service. I cannot recommend Local Plumbers (London) Limited highly enough.

Had my boiler serviced by Local Plumbers and am very happy with their service. The engineer arrived on time and left my boiler cupboard spotless. Would not hesitate to use Local Plumbers again and will be recommending them to friends and family.

I wanted a Hive control fitted and the workman turned up on time, very polite, tidy and quick. I was shown how to use the appliance afterwards and was very pleased with the service and professional service they provided, would highly recommend.

We had a new boiler fitted and Darren and his team were excellent in all aspects of the work they carried out. They made sure we had heating and hot water at the end of the day, and had a short stop midday for a bacon sandwich and rock cakes Darren returned next morning to check that everything was running as it should and that we understood how to work the new time clock. We are pensioners and Darren made sure we knew how to set it. All work was completed as stated. We will recommend this company to friends.

Darren and his team serviced our Vaillant boiler today and I cannot praise them enough. They were efficient, punctual, courteous and very professional. They were friendly and obviously experienced. Thank you 'Which', we will use them again!!

David did a brilliant job fitting our kitchen. Great attention to detail. went on to totally refit the bathroom whilst I was away on holiday. Superb job, tiling really crisp and accurate. The total job was first class, added to the fact that I didn't have to worry, just relaxed and came back to a great result. Totally recommend this company.
