Hi My Name is Mark Williams and I am the managing director of M A Williams Electrical Services Ltd.

I have been trading as a company for coming up to 2 years now and it has gone very well. Prior to starting my own company I worked for another electrical company for 8 years where I trained in all areas of electrical installation and testing.

I decided to go it alone as I felt I had gone as far as I could go with my old company and fancied a fresh challenge.

I prided myself on being as professional as possible at all times whilst doing my Job but also like to feel that I have a friendly nature and easy to get along with.

I have joined Which as it is a well known company and has a good reputation for providing reliable Traders and can only feel that it will help to grow my business in the coming years.

I am fully qualified Electrician and my Company is a Registered Approved contractor with NICEIC.

Sudden loss of electrical power in all our wall sockets caused us great consternation. Using Which Trusted Traders link I found the phone number and I rang Mark. He answered straight away, talked us through how to fix the problem, waited while we followed his instructions and told us what to do if his solution didn't work. His solution did work, everything is working again. There was no charge for this, but I have made a note of his contact details and will use him again.

What a gem! Mark turned up on time, smart, polite & super efficient. I’ve recently moved house & needed two fixed ceiling chandeliers removed & replaced with pendant fittings. Having wasted a month on an totally unreliable electrician I was skeptical, but I needn’t have worried. I can recommend this company without reservation. Price was very reasonable too. Will most certainly use again.

Mark and Dan worked hard and are nice blokes. However we had two days delay in starting the job setting everything back causing pressure to both Dan and his mate, and Will our builder/fitter. Also, a gas pipe was punctured which could have blown up the house. Trying to cram to much work in too short a time means mistakes.

The trader replied (on 22/08/2017)
We were not 2 days late on the job the builder only phoned us on the Monday and we started on the Wednesday so how were we late? we had be given no prior date. This gas pipe was buried under concrete which was impossible to detect, it was an unfortunate accident which we had repaired within the hour and covered all costs. We also carried out a number of jobs which weren't originally quoted for so this added time to the job.
