This company have been great from the start. I had communicate and make arrangements via phone and email as I live two hours drive away. What a great job they did- everyone I spoke with went above and beyond to get the best windows and doors fitted for my Mum. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. When I did get to see the windows and doors I couldn’t have been more impressed.

I don’t leave reviews, which in effect by leaving this should highlight how happy I am with the service I have received. Initially the measuring service for the windows (window and bifold door) was very professional and simple. Installation was quick, the installers polite and efficient. The finished result, superb! Doors and windows open and close like butter! Over winter one window dropped and didn’t work without a shove. Quick call and fixed under warranty with the level of professionalism equal to the above. Very, very happy.

We were unsure who to use to replace our 30 year old windows (10), back door and french windows. We considered a few suppliers (large and small) but we selected MG Window systems based on their positive references from a couple of good neighbours. Mark was knowledgeable, happy to answer all our questions but was never pushy. The survey left us confident of our choices and requirements and that if there were any problems during or after the work being completed they would be addressed without hesitation. Communication was excellent before, during and after the work was completed. The fitters were very experienced and worked efficiently around us. A small scratch discovered after installation on the outside of the back door glass was replaced very promptly. We're extremely happy with our windows, new door and french windows and highly recommend MG Window Systems. Excellent service.

We spent a lot of time considering who to use to replace our 8 windows and front door before obtaining quotes. We selected MG Window systems based on their helpfulness, professionalism and positive references from a variety of sources. They seemed to take a great deal of pride in their work and were keen to ensure their customers were happy with their work. Nothing was too much trouble in helping us decide on the various options, door colours and styles. Mark was knowledgeable, happy to answer all our questions but was never pushy. We felt confident that if there were any problems during or after the work being completed they would be addressed without hesitation. All our contacts with Emma in the office were courteous and helpful. Communication was excellent before, during and after the work was completed. The fitters were great, worked efficiently around us and a nervous cat and always tidied up as they went along. Even the neighbours commented on how efficiently they had completed the work. We're extremely pleased with our windows and new door and fully recommend MG Window Systems.

Five windows replaced. Windows are of excellent quality and match our remaining windows closely. Very tidy, professional and friendly pair of installers. One small snag solved promptly and without us pointing it out. Would strongly recommend.

I chose MG because they were immediately easy to deal with. Refreshingly honest and absolutely no sales pitch. They replaced all doors and windows (8 windows, 1 front door, 1 set of patio doors) for a really reasonable cost. Came on time and were efficient and polite which went from the staff in the office to the fitters arriving on the day. Mark and Emma were very helpful when we had some hoop jumping to do with our local council and everything has gone smoothly. 1 window was accidentally broken on day one but replacement ordered and fitted by day 3. They kept us informed at all stages of the process and all contact with them has been professional and helpful and I feel they really care about customer satisfaction. Having had a bad experience with one tradesperson before I was quiet nervous about having so much work done at once but really needn't have been. Excellent company!

Two bedroom windows were fitted. I am very pleased with the work. The service provided by MG windows was faultless. Good communication and the fitters were very polite and helpful.

I was recommended M&G windows by our bathroom fitter. I spoke to Mark to see if he could replace the bathroom window before it was due to be refurbished. Mark was really helpful and went over and above to ensure the bathroom window was replaced in time. Noel who fitted it worked tidily and did not leave any mess. We're really impressed with their service and we are pleased with the quality of the window. We're looking forward for the rest of our windows and front door to be replaced by them in the next few months.

Very happy with the level of work that was carried out during the installation of our conservatory. From the initial foundations, building work and final construction, my wife and myself are delighted with our new room!

From the moment I enquired about a new front door, Mark was very helpful, explaining options and combinations. Noel came out to discuss and again was helpful and knowledgeable. On the day, Mark's team arrived promptly to fit my new front door. They were polite and courteous, throughout, cleaned everything up after themselves and explained how to lock and unlock the door (seems straightforward, but it's an unusual locking system). They even advised me on purchasing additional keys. Great service would definitely recommend and use again in the future. Thank you very much P.S. I've had several compliments on the new door.
