Having our combi boiler pack in within a couple of weeks of Christmas was a potential nightmare. After calling round and managing to get a few quotes, not only did M&S Mechanical provide the best quote and the longest guarantee, they were also to do the job straight away. We were actually a little concerned as it almost seemed too good to be true. We needn't have worried though as they were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and did a really professional job. Highly recommended.

At a time when cowboy builders and fake tradesmen reign, it is a rare privilege to find someone like M&S they redesigned and fitted part of our gas/water pipe system, partially correcting mistakes by previous plumbers. Their service: efficient, skilled, decent, always on time and customer first attitude! highly recommended.

Seth always responds to communications promptly and is almost always able to offer an appointment on the same or next day or, failing that, within 72 hours if not an emergency. He does his job well and always has the necessary equipment. He charges very reasonably for a plumber!
